I purchased the WaterH Boost Smart Water Bottle 32oz around a year ago.
I’ve used it every single day, finding it really helps me to stay hydrated when i know how much I’ve drank throughout the day.
It’s sturdy, easy to set up and you can use it in literally any scenario.
I had a small issue with the bottle after ~11 months of use and through the warranty WaterH sent out a replacement free of charge.
Great product, and great customer service!

Initially I had a little difficulty pairing my smart water bottle. I did have to reach out to my daughter and contact technical support for assistance. Once that was resolved everything else was smooth sailing! The app is very easy to navigate and the water bottle does the rest. I’m truly excited about my new water bottle journey!

Love my 32oz water bottle. Don’t have to guess how much I’m drinking. It allows you to add tea, coffee, juice and additional water. Customer service is wonderful. Will be ordering another for my tea.

Beautiful design, smart water bottle
Such a brilliant idea and so beautifully created. I am a notoriously bad water drinker but this bottle is changing that. I fill it with cold water first thing, and because its design it stays that way, lighting up to remind me at intervals I set in the fantastic app!! The customer service team were excellent when I had a question and got back to me spit spot. Love it.

I’m really happy with the service I received. The bottle I originally ordered was out of stock in the colour I wanted, but the company contacted me straight away and offered an alternative option. The communication was clear, friendly, and made the whole process feel easy.

I’m really happy with this water…
I’m really happy with this water bottle! After around 2 months of use, I’ve genuinely noticed a positive change in my hydration habits. The tracking feature encourages me to drink more regularly and has made me much more aware of how much water I’m actually drinking throughout the day.
I did initially have an issue with my first bottle, as it stopped recording my drinks properly. However, I contacted the WaterH team and their customer service was excellent. They were extremely kind, helpful and supportive and arranged a replacement very quickly.
I’ve had no issues at all with the replacement bottle and I’m very happy with it. I really appreciate how well the company handled the problem and looked after me as a customer.
This is an honest review after 2 months of use and I would definitely recommend this bottle. I’ve already been recommending it to all of my friends and fitness pals.

Great product. Wonderful customer service.
The order came as expected and I appreciated that I could track the order. When I got the bottle there was confusion on how to use it. I sent a message to the company and they responded on the weekend! They were careful to actually read my concern and their response cleared the confusion. It was so refreshing to deal with someone who knew their product.
The bottle keeps water cold for 24 plus hours and the app is helpful and allows for tracking more than what you drink from the bottle.

Game Changer!!!
I am one of those neurodivergent people for whom self care has always been an uphill struggle. I suffer with alexithymia, and simply don't speak the same language as my body signals. I never know when I'm thirsty, and will only think to down a couple of pints of squash when I notice my urine resembling Dr Pepper and remember I've not had anything to drink all day 🤣
I am about to undergo bariatric surgery, and that puts paid to any future chugging, or overcompensating for depriving myself of fluids and neglecting my body. So, I got this bottle. Simply to remind me to take regular sips of drink across my day. And it has changed my entire life. I don't say that lightly. I now drink 3000-3500ml of water a day, and am spreading it out across the day. My skin looks amazing, I don't feel dehydrated, my fatigue has improved. It is absolutely brilliant. It keeps my drink cold too, which I love as I cannot abide tepid drinks. I love the customisable light colour. The only thing that could improve would be an option to set the time increments lower than every 15mins, as for the first few post-surgery weeks I'll need to sip about 15ml every 5 mins. But, it's honestly like 99% perfect. I was so chuffed with it, I got my hubby one too. Best thing I've spent money on in ages.

The bottle is great , it’s let’s I set it own goal limits in app and gives u incentives when I achieve it in app and bottle (with fireworks) it’s also heights up , for hydration reminds , and u can set it any colour you want !! (I’ve Christmas / multi coloured)
