Considering the cost of this plant I…
Considering the cost of this plant I was expecting better. It was not a very robust plant with three of its four leaves broken off. In the pond now, so hopefully it will survive and grow.

Hi Eleanor, the Pygmaea Helvola waterliliy is the smallest variety we sell and a true miniature, if you alooking for something more robust we can advise on a more sutable variety. I am sorry to hear the plant was damaged, do contact us at sales@waterlily.o.uk so we can investigate further, and if possible send photos so we can help. The good news waterliies replensih their leaves throught the season, each one only lasting a few weeks, so new ones appear constantly.

The product came quickly and was well…
The product came quickly and was well packaged. I would haves liked instruction that the lily should be removed from the plastic bag straight away as when I finally did remove it the plant had rotted& all the leaves had fallen off. Though this was disappointing I have followed instructions & planted the lily. I was rewarded this week with a new leaf & have high hopes of a flower later in the year.

Great communication from start to finish, lilly was bigger than I was expecting but it is a lovely plant and doing well in my pond.

Plants seem good quality
Plants seem good quality, large and healthy, and arrived in good condition without excessive packaging. Price very reasonable and service quick. No reason to fault them.

Pond plants
We ordered some pond plants. Initially we went directly to Bennett's as we live locally. Unfortunately, we didn't know that you need to give them notice so that they can harvest them.
We ordered online and picked them up.
They have been in our pond for a week now and seems to be ok. The water is still clear. We are waiting now to see if it will attract any wildlife.
