Stopped working after 3 months and no one will give me a refund or replacement - customer service has just ghosted me.

Oh how I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing my second Waterpik!

The unit has stopped charging so unable to use the flosser. The same issue happend with the first one I bought. This screams design fault to me but Customer Services are more interested in telling me I'm not in warranty as I can't locate my receipt.!

Avoid Waterpik at all costs!!!!

I wouldn't buy another. I have bought 2 WF-05 whitening devices over the past 5 years. Both have failed with an internal power supply fault. Waterpik will not provide any internal spares with no other solution offered. (The distributor cannot be blamed for this..they responded quickly but unfortunately couldn't help)

I have used this company for about 3 years. Happy with products and service. I occasionally have to buy spares for the machine but I use it twice a day so not surprising.

I am returning my recent purchase. Contacted their customer service team requesting for the link to their online return policy, there was no response. I then asked for a complaint to be raised regarding no response, I am now being ghosted by the customer service team. I felt that the overall customer experience is very disappointing.

This is my 2nd waterpik that I bought from boots.
The same thing has happened on this one too the rubber bung for the door to put the water in has expanded and the door will not shut and now the clip for holding the reservoir onto the machine has broken so to use it now I have to use both hands to hold the reservoir on and keep the door shut!
Will be trying a different brand from now on as the build quality on these are ridiculous.

I have been a long time user of waterpik products, however I recently (2 months ago) purchased model WP-468E/UK and it has already broken. This is unacceptable and I am now really regretting not activating my warranty and keeping proof of purchase. I would suggest using other more reliable products

I ordered replacement brushes for my Waterpik. Good Company to deal with, good website easy to use, good near instant delivery, have been a customer for several years never a need to complain.

Absolutely excellent. Very helpful on the phone, on-line ordering was simple and the spare part arrived next day even though I ordered it as late as 4pm.

WF05 attachments. I love my water flosser, cannot live without it. Happy customer. Fantastic service & fast delivery, thank you so much Waterpik!!

Researched like crazy and very pleased with the product.
Bought direct as felt cover would be better
Takes a bit of getting used to but plenty of guidance on-line
Test was clean teeth in usual way then use and see the difference both in mouth and sink

I ordered some new tips from Waterpik on a Monday - delivered by Wednesday. Great customer service.

Once I telephoned and was directed to another website my order was processed very promptly. But why is the old website still available?

Purchased a replacement handle & hose assy for my Waterflosser. Fast delivery, clear instructions, and it works perfectly. However IMO it was rather expensive at £16.99 plus delivery.

Very hard to keep clean
I keep getting mould in the battery compartment

Item arrived the next day

Water pick despatched very quickly goods as described as advertised

Wanted a replacement part, which was in stock - though in a different colour. Very quick delivery and the Waterpik is now up and running again. Very efficient service.
