My Waterpik stopped working after 8 months so I contacted the company who quickly replaced it, no quibble, no problems at all. I'd say an excellent customer service.

I would give negative review if possible. I bought a device from Christmas,worked fine foe a few months and it stopped charging. Sent the product back for checking, and they said thar never arrived. Now im out of pocket and no device. Shameful

Update: My Waterpik is working fine. 5**** EVERYONE SHOULD WATERFLOSS! Best thing ever

Bought a Cordless Advanced directly from Waterpik. It was dead right out of the box. Brand new product, totally non-functional, never worked.

Messaged customer support and explained that the product didn't work. Waterpik completely ignored the content of my message and said "what you experienced is normal".

Messaged customer support again, explained again that the product was broken. Waterpik replied that "the reason the battery icon is not flashing is because the device is already at 100% battery".

Messaged customer support AGAIN, explained for a THIRD TIME that THE PRODUCT WAS BROKEN, and asked for a refund. It was only at this point that Waterpik asked me to return the broken product to them, at my own expense.

Not only did the device arrive dead, but it took customer support three tries to comprehend that. Total failure.

I bought a mobile waterpik for travel but was very disappointed in the product. It does not clean the teeth and gums as well as the Waterpik 490K which I use at home. The travel model WF16UK does not clean efficiently and it is difficult to control the speed and angle of the waterjet.
I would not recommend the travel model, although I am very pleased with the WP-490K

Product itself is fine — but be aware it comes with a two-pin shaver plug, not a standard UK three-pin plug. This was not disclosed anywhere on the product listing when I purchased.

My property has no shaver socket, so the product was unusable as supplied without buying an additional adaptor — something Waterpik's own customer service confirmed in writing.

I raised a formal complaint citing the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and requested a modest 20% partial refund to reflect the non-disclosure. After six email exchanges, Waterpik refused, incorrectly told me I would need to fund my own return (unlawful under s.20(8) CRA 2015), and falsely claimed that UK regulations require a shaver plug on countertop appliances — no such regulation exists.

Their final response was: "we cannot refund part of this product."

I have since raised a formal chargeback with my card provider, which is now under investigation.

If you have a shaver socket in your bathroom, the product works well. If you don't — or if you expect a standard UK plug on a countertop appliance — be warned before you buy.

Bought a Waterpik for over £70, it was rubbish. Leaked everywhere, heavy, water ran out of reservoir after 20 seconds, so can't even use for a full clean. An absolute waste of money. I bought this as my dentist recommended it. It was crap.

If i could give no stars, I would. First one failed after 3 months (not able to charge) and the replacement didn't even work properly from the start.Lousy product and I am now trying to get a refund from Amazon who should de-stock this item

The biggest issue is the battery – it barely holds a charge anymore and takes ages to recharge fully. Even after leaving it on charge for days, it doesn’t last long enough for regular use, which defeats the point of a cordless device.

On top of that, the reservoir has started leaking, making it messy and inconvenient. From what I’ve found, leaks like this can happen due to worn seals or poor fit, which seems like a design weakness rather than normal wear and tear.

Overall, it feels unreliable and not built to last. For the price, I expected much better performance and durability.

I bought a waterpik pulse water flosser. The tips wouldn't eject properly because they kept getting stuck. I got in touch with waterpik who offered a technical solution. I tried this and the flosser got even worse!! - less water was coming out of the flosser. The person that dealt with me was called Tyler. He was dismissive and didn't believe the flosser was faulty. Avoid buying.

Waterpik uk and the PHL group , what a waste of time , poor product , poor customer service , stay well away from.

Waterpik Cordless Pulse

Really poor design. Too bulky to use easily. And the water reservoir is insufficient to do a clean.

I purchased a new Waterpik Advanced flosser direct from the company to replace an old cordless plus. It broke down after less than THREE WEEKS use! A complete waste of money! And the advanced one is not cheap! Just purchase a different brand - the Phillips is a better option! OK, having complained to customer care they agreed to send a new flosser which arrived today. I have increased my rating from * to ***. It took them about a week to sort out which is very reasonable. If the "new" advanced flosser works properly I shall submit a new review in a few months time. All I can say is the Philips flosser we also have in this household is working very efficiently! hopefully the Waterpik will match or be better.

They doesn't have shaver plug or charger to charge it in bathroom. Too inconvenient to charge every time we have to to take it in room for charges.
And battery drains to fast compare to our oral b

Appalling customer service. I have been emailing them since October to say that two Waterpiks have failed now, after 9 months max each time. We go round in circles and get nowhere. Don't buy one from Waterpik, there are other companies.

Water pik failed sent 2 warrently reports about it and also phoned twice previously. Did try what they suggested but have had no answer from the warrently reports Urrr!

I've had three or four Waterpik units over the years and generally they've been problem free bearing in mind they are used by two of us at least twice a day every day of the year (so upwards of 1500 uses each year). After nearly a year the most recent one began to leak from the valve in the bottom of the reservoir. I contacted customer services and had a quick reply from Tyler to say they were out of stock of that part at the moment but were expecting more in a couple of weeks. I received them in the post today, within those two weeks. Tyler kept me informed throughout. Considering the price of the units I feel there is nothing wrong with the quality of the product and importantly my dentist tells me he can see the difference between clients that use a waterpik and those that don't - he recommends a waterpik followed by brushing with an electric toothbrush - and the customer service I've received from the company has been excellent. Thank you.

Great customer service from Milly and Tyler. Had a unit that malfunctioned, which is always possible when mixing electrics with water but they resolved it swiftly and without any hassle.

Phoned customer services after my cordless flosser stopped charging, was told had to go on a different site ,and send an email and say what was wrong with it, whats wrong with customer services doing it for me, will never use this company again, absolute rubbish customer services

I received prompt responses and excellent service from Waterpik (thank you to Liberty) after contacting them by email.
