I have been using waterpik for quite a few years and have been very happy with them, that is up until last December.
I was travelling by ship to New York when the waterpik battery run down. I had forgotten the charger! On reaching NY l bought a new Waterpik WP-360W which worked perfectly well for 8 months, the on/off button stopped working and the battery wouldn't hold a charge at all.
Not to worry, contacted Waterpik, in England, and explained what had happened. They said they couldn't help as l had bought it in New York, l provided them with a receipt proving it was still under warranty but the said they couldn't help.
Not very good 'customer relations', I bought a new flosser yesterday but not a Waterpik!

After 2 months the flosser broke and when I contacted Water Pik they where not helpful and provided no support to resolve the issue

My Waterpik battery deteriorated before warranty expired. I filled out the form on Waterpik website and customer support was very understanding. After a few emails I was sent a new unit. It was so easy to deal with Waterpik and so quick. I can’t believe I put aside getting in touch for so long. I absolutely love their water flosser especially during my journey with wearing teeth braces. Thank you so much for your great customer service! (Waterpik must have improved greatly based on older reviews).

Very happy with my Waterpik flosser - used daily. But the device failed (did not charge) half-way through the 2-year warranty. Customer service was excellent. Received a new flosser within 5 days. Have taken off one star for poor engineering/parts quality.

The Waterpik itself is great - seems so much more effective and, once you get used to it, easier than flossing. My Dental Hygienist immediately noticed and commented on the difference in the condition of my teeth and gums, asking what I was doing differently.

Unfortunately my Waterpik stopped working after 10 months, but I contacted WaterpikUK customer services, and Anna sorted me out a replacement that same day. It's when things go wrong that businesses have the opportunity to make a positive impression., and I was really impressed with the service they provided.

After buying a waterpik flosser I was trying to buy replacement tips. I ordered the tips I needed and was sent the wrong tips after contacting waterpik I was asked to send them back at my own cost and re order NOT HAPPY waterpik products are very expensive MORE CARE MUST BE TAKEN. CUSTOMER CARE IS POOR AT BEST. Replacement tips for my flosser can only be purchased from waterpik directly gutted after spending over 150 pounds I'm left with this flosser useless without the tips and a company that doesn't care about the customer thanks so much guys IM SO DISAPPOINTED avoid at all costs in my opinion.

I bought the Waterpik in October last year and at first it seemed ok. Yes it makes a bit of mess with water splashing about but found it best to use in the shower so preventing water being all over the bathroom floor. After about 10 cleans it would pump water occasionally so i changed the jet and cleaned it as per the website this didn't make any difference so i filled in an online warranty form and never received a reply so i am now stuck with something that is not really useable.

My dentist recommended a Waterpik water flosser. He suggested it be a portable waterproof one. On the Waterpik website I found one that looked good and its specification confirmed it was waterproof. Ordered it and delivered soon.
As soon as I opened it I realised there was no way it was waterproof so I phoned customer support. They said just to return it but at my own expense. Not very happy about that! I quickly received an email with full return address. No problem.....
I despatched it next day (a Friday) by Royal Mail recorded delivery. It was delivered on the following Monday and signed for. Royal Mail provided proof of delivery. Then just waited for a refund.
After nearly 2 weeks I emailed them with proof of delivery. However still no response.
After another week I left a review on their website and it was deleted almost immediately.
It so happened that another week later I saw my dentist again and explained the situation to him. He was not at all pleased and promised to speak to the Waterpik representative asap. Within 3 days I received an email saying the refund was on its way. Finally received the refund another 4 days later.
Quite simply I think this is appaling customer service, especially as this was all due to an incorrect specification on their website. I have just checked the website again and the specification is still wrong. The device was a Cordless Pearl.

Well, no response from my post mid January. I have replaced the flosser with another brand. Much better product and much better reviews relating to customer care. I knew the new brand from excellent toothpastes and brushes they make and thought I’d give it a go as I certainly wouldn’t give Waterpik another penny. Spend wisely guys

…have they gone bust? I’ve been waiting since early Jan for my order and when I try their various contact addresses for assistance, they all bounce… guess I’ll be contacting my bank re: fraudulent transactions…

Waterpik 9months old will not turn on or charge-no replies to warranty form or emails for over a month. Why offer warranty when No Warranty ?

I have used the Waterpik water jet flosser for many years now. It is an excellent product for thoroughly cleaning between teeth. My only disappointment is that I have purchased several machines as they do not seem to last very long. the last one I purchased just over a year ago and has packed up this week ! so not too happy

Bought a waterpik straight from their web site 9months ago. Then it broke, contacted them under their guarantee terms three time and havent had a response outside their acknowledgment of claim. If this is the response of a good company then I don’t have any confidence in any other company when buying. I personally wont recommend waterpik to my worst enemy.

I bought this expensive device a long time ago and have not used it. It was closed in its box, inside a cupboard. Now I need it for a medical dental procedure. I took it out of the box and... it doesn't work at all! My money was thrown away.
Now I wasted my time chatting with the company's customer service, almost an hour. The representative confirmed according to the serial number that the device is yours. In the end, the representative disclaimed responsibility for selling a broken device and wrote to me that it was my fault that the device didn't work because I didn't use it and it was closed in its box...
I recommend not buying products from this company, which sells broken devices (I'm not the first, I've read other reviews), and disclaims responsibility towards its customers.
I am a journalist. I intend to post a dis-recommendation on the products of Waterpik Company, which treats its customers like this.

These are good to use, however they are expensive and do not last. My first lasted 9 months, the second 15 months. So many Amazon reviews complain of "stopped working", I don't know what the problem is, but not resolving this issue results in a waste of plastic, electronics and money.

I wouldn't buy another. I have bought two WF-05 whitening flossers over the past 5 years. Both have failed with an identical internal power supply fault. Waterpik will not provide any internal spares. This makes them obsolete for the sake of a £15 item that they will not supply. There is no reason for this, they are simple to repair and intrinsically safe, ie no nasty voltages. Hardly ethical or sustainable in today's climate.

This product was very expensive and not safe to use. I have my finger get caught while assembling , it’s very messy to use?!? Not happy.
Waste of time, money and effort.

No wonder Waterpik get bad reviews I have just purchased my 3rd one since 2019 the latest one would not turn off, the one before just stopped working I should have looked for a different make of Flosser if this one fails that’s the end of Waterpik for me

After 18 months I had a problem with my machine & contacted waterpik. They said I was still under guarantee & after proof of purchase straight away informed me I would be having a replacement. The e-mails kept me informed of when to expect it. After only 2 days it arrived. Such brilliant service you don’t get normally nowadays. The waterpik has improved my oral health my dentist has said.
