I purchased Waterpik plus flosser 2 weeks ago. The only product I have ever purchased with no charge indicator light. ie. You guess when it is needing charged and guess for how long. Contacting the Company (a slip of paper in the box invites you to do so if you have a question ) Yes ! I do ! Where is the Charge Indicator Light ? This was a complete waste of time. The customer service was non existent. This company just does not care about good Customer Service. Told if not happy go back with it to Superdrug. Surely this is a major design flaw?

Hand held unit. Great product but didn’t last long, the charging stopped first then intermittently worked but now completely dead and only 10 months old. Sad really because I loved it.

Bought a new Waterpik on dentist hygienist's advice in Jan 2021. Worked fine for about 7 months when it just stopped turning on despite being charged and the lights working. Was replaced under warranty with no issues. However now, about 7 months later the replacement has done the same again. Clearly a component (the switch?) is not good. Have reported it again but suspect a third device will not be forthcoming! No response so far!
UPDATE: Eventually it was replaced and the new one has lasted for about 6 months. Hopefully this problem will not be repeated.

Waterpik UK and Eire no longer provide replacement rubber valves for counter top reservoirs, although they still do in the US, and require you to replace the whole reservoir. This means that for a small rubber valve the effective cost, with delivery, is almost £10, and, even worse, the existing plastic reservoir and lid are straight into landfill. Completely irresponsible policy.

Bought a Waterpik Flosser after hearing the radio adverts. Sounded like a good idea. In practice, however, it is incredibly awkward to use. The bit you hold in your hand is way too big, and makes the whole thing difficult. It seems to work OK, but it is sitting there not getting used because it is so awkward. Suggestion. A short hose attachment, so the big unit can sit by the sink, and I only have to manipulate a small spray head at the end of a light hose. In fact I may make something like that up .... but why should I have to ?

Bought a Waterpik Water flosser on Dec 2019 it broke down i was sent on a new one without having to send the old one back.

What can you say, cant get better service than that

I purchased a Waterpik flosser from my dentist. It worked well until it refused to take a charge. As it was well within warranty Customer Service replaced it. I was impressed but when the replacement failed to charge in little over a year I realised that the build quality is obviously very poor. I am now trying a Panasonic.

Waterpik I purchased in 2015 developed a leak and required a new rubber bung in the tank. Contacted the customer service team who responded really helpfully and supplied me with 2 replacement bungs FOC by post within a week. Very pleased with both the after sales service and the original product, which I would now not be without.

Waterpik 900 lasted 3 months. Had waterpik 900 toothbrush and waterflosser brought for me as a gift. Found the waterflosser a bit messy until I got used to it but did a great job on cleaning between teeth. The sonic toothbrush was excellent and left my teeth feeling nice and clean. Unfortunately after 3 months it stopped working and Waterpik would not honour any warranty as I had no purchase details. Just the non working item. So I can only give 1 star as it lasted such a short time and waterpik were so unsympathetic and offered no repair or replacement solution. Absolutely no chance I would recommend or buy another.
