Quick turn around, communication good and helpful.
In general think the report not worth the money it's written on. Everything is written with a caveat and although it's level 2, it doesn't really say much more than we kind of already knew.

The booking is fast and effective. They can help to arrange the survey done within desired time. The survey contain some useful advices.

Very through report which gave me a lot of information useful when considering buying an older property. Written in clear English and I liked the indications as to which areas carried risk and needed urgent attention.

Previous positive reviews and competitive cost of survey led me to chose this company. I received a telephone call shortly after the survey was completed. It was very helpful as the surveyor provided a brief summary for me. I received the report a few days later. I’m happy to recommend this company.

We had a very detailed report from them, which was very thorough in description of each area. The only thing I would say is there could have been more photos to go alongside some breakdowns. But overall, we were very pleased and happy for all the detailed breakdowns provided.

Excellent communication. Homebuyers 3 survey organised and booked in only a couple of days. Kept in the loop the entire time. Survey booked for a Friday with report downloaded by the following Tuesday morning. The report itself was extremely detailed. 99 pages in total. The report covered our main concerns thoroughly, including the roof. As it happened the surveyor advised a new roof covering was required as a matter of urgency , which has lead to ongoing conversations with the seller about moving forward, or not. Traffic
Light process also used in all parts of the report making easier to focus on priority issues. Would definitely use them again.

Watsons were quick to respond when I made my initial enquiry and worked with the agent I was buying through to arrange a time to do the survey. Following the visit I received a call from Peter who talked through the report with me and answered any questions I had. Peter in particular was very knowledgable and helpful, and the follow up paperwork arrive the next day.
