Poor service overall. Our problem started on the 13th of February and as of the 25th of February, has yet to be resolved. Our internet connectivity had some issues. We were advised (from one adviser) we needed to order a new router and that Wavenet wouldn't cover this cost. We ordered a new router and this didn't resolve the issue.
This week we were advised by a different advisor we were entitled to a new router (the opposite of what we were told previously). We were then advised the router would be sent on the 23rd of February and arrive on the 25th. We called on the 25th to find out the router hadn't been ordered and told it would now be ordered.
After almost two weeks, the problem still hasn't been resolved and we have no faith in any resolution or solution as the service has been unreliable (told one thing by one advisor and something different by another). This has overall impacted our business and ability to make income. After 6 years of being a customer we are heavily considering to change provided due to the poor service.

Emil has been involved in our project at 13 Allsop place, from the beginning. This includes install, testing, commissioning, and has been very much involved in our successful delivery. If I could score them less than 1 Star I would - this company is unbelievable and I would not recommend doing any business with them EVER.
I have been waiting for a refund for months - and it took a long time to get an agreement in the first place after they took the money via Direct Debit when our services had been cancelled
I had to contact the CEO to get some action and now the 'The Head of Executive Resolutions' is ignoring me...despite telling me a month ago that he was specifically driving down to Solihull to get my refund signed off... and still nothing....
So I went back to the CEO (via LinkedIN) but NOTHING - quite incredible how they can treat a customer like this. (An ex customer).
The are rude, arrogant and obviously care nothing for customers (or ex customers).

After months trying to resolve both a billing and a telephony issue with Wavenet, to no success, he responded to my latest request for help and pro-actively sorted the billing issue. He has also asked a colleague to contact me about the remaining telephony query. I could not have hoped for a more professional response.

We just moved offices and were struggling with WiFi problems after the switch. Luckily David McCree was hugely helpful. He sorted out a refund for what we were being overcharged for and he was lovely to talk to on the phone - very friendly and upbeat. We have always had a seamless experience during our time using Wavenet as our office internet provider. Always found Wavenet to be a really good bunch of people and very easy to deal with - no matter what your issues are nothing seems to be too much trouble. During a recent upgrade of a set of desks in our network control room, four of our telephony systems had to be switched off and removed. Two of Wavenet's young technicians, Emil and Eren, spent an entire Sunday helping to get the comm's systems backup and running, giving us the peace of mind that they'd been professionally reconnected and tested. Nice job lads. many thanks.
