The customer service at this company is one of the most disorganised messes I've ever experienced.
We had an office move booked in for 2 weeks and had very specific network configuration they needed to set up. On the day the engineer didn't turn up. We are told he tried to contact someone here, but they weren't the technical contact, nor were they even in the office or anything to do with the process (I'm also not convinced they were contacted, they can't find the missed call).
I lost a day of business that week when we had no networked storage, wired internet or stable wifi.
Throughout the process customer support were slow to respond or didn't receive our emails. Even in dealing with a solution they were slow and left me hanging for a day. Even their resolutions team, while they clearly cared a little more still hasn't contacted me to follow up or send me details for an official complaint. They are still yet to take responsibility, even though they were the ones missing emails (or simply not replying) or hiring lazy engineers.
Honestly I'm a bit gobsmacked. I don't leave negative reviews pretty much ever but these guys literally lost me a day of business and yet I have to pay them? What jokers.
EDIT: I submitted a complaint on Tuesday 13/01/26 as the comment back recommended and I've heard nothing back as of yet (15/01/26).
