ORDERING
If I place an order for basic stock items tomorrow Thursday 16th October we wouldn't receive the order until Monday 27th October. In my opinion seven working days lead time for a stock order is really poor.
When you are out of stock of underfloor heating products we get a forecasted due date for delivery which very often can get pushed back four or five times which is no good when the customer is trying to plan when to do the job

HEP20 HAS ALWAYS BEEN A GREAT PRODUCT AND AS A MERCHANT WITH HAVE SOLD SO MUCH OF IT OVER THE YEARS . THE NEW KEYLESS RANGE LOOKS GOOD AS WELL.

Poor supplier
Poor supplier, deliveries sometimes come short delivered or items missing, they never want to credit for missing items. overall the worst supplier we have to deal with.
