The WAWA, located at Easton Rd and Woodland, in Abington Township is unsanitary. The one tiny front trash can is not adequate. The store opened with this oddball can. I have made complaints to the help line several times. I have been told that a study needs to be done to" determine action". Meanwhile, the WAWA undermines the Roslyn neighborhood plastic jumbo WAWA cups, cigarette butts, food wrappers , plastic spoons etc. This situation has gone on for over a year. The study to "determine action" is not happening. WAWA charges .38 cents for a bag to save the environment. This store is a blight on the neighborhood. WAWA cleans in "good neighborhoods" properly. Abington, our neighborhood is considered low end. I believe that is the reason for this tiny trash can that overflows regularly. The lack of daily cleaning of the outdoor area has left this area of Roslyn trashed by WAWA.

Everything is wrong with this store. People are rude they never have anything in stock they run out of tuna fish cheese milk lemonade there's never anything up there I asked for help you don't get help they have no bags they're always out of something or screw up my meal for dinner and all they want to do is throw a $10 gift card back my way that doesn't address the problem these people are idiots this location. Is this really the way you treat your customers who have your app and go up there all the time and go through this constantly come home with bad sandwiches for dinner rude people stuff isn't in stock no explanations nothing ever changes pissed off beyond belief I can't be the only one with this Macungie location. I've never seen it otherwise run out of milk or tuna fish for for sandwiches or bread or anything the stupidest things they don't have any time and it's never fixed I always call they say they're going to invest the other send it over it'll be fixed never is never it's a horrible horrible horrible Wawa not that I'm in love with lala but this is the worst one anywhere around the area by far. BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORST WAWA ever. People are rude is that how you treat customers no answers for me no bags no nothing they're always out of something and they're rude to boot no help that's really how you want to treat while I sucks this location is the absolute worst everyone should be fired and they should close this down and put a SHEETZ up we'd all be BETTER.

If I could give them a zero I would . That place is just rude. When I went in the assistant manager or some kind of manager was up front she was just plain rude playing rude. Everyone in there are rude . I don't understand how a company can keep putting ppl on a store and still have awful management. So if the workers see it and work around it ,what else do you expect. They need to teach the management how to greet and work with customers. I will never go back .

I was an average fan of WAWA when I lived in Philadelphia. After moving to Florida I felt nostalgic and stopped into WAWA once they started opening stores in Florida for the pretzels which are great. Now, a few years later, almost every WAWA store I've been to in town (Jacksonville) has been fantastic. The food and the service.

Once I left my order after paying for it, was almost home (about 20 minutes away. I was exhausted) I called the store to let them know I forgot it and would come back. I got there and found out the sales associate that found it had put it in the food warmer anticipating I was coming back before I'd even called.

Two things I would change: I wish for their food orders they used a speaker system or a digital display board to tell people when their order was ready. I wish there were more locations in my area. Also the fries haven't always been super edible. Some orders have been cardboard :/ Most have been good.

Recently, I went to a new WAWA I'd never been to before closer to home and it was wonderful. The people were super nice and accommodating. The pizza was the best pizza I'd gotten from them.

Love them.

I love going to the Wawa in town when I need a delicious pick me up and they always deliver! I don't know her name but the blonde lady who makes the milk shakes never fails to offer amazing customer service and make the best of the best milkshakes! She really makes a mean strawberry cheesecake shake!

Continue doing what you're doing Okeechobee Fl Wawa! And thanks for being my favorite place to go for a sweet treat after a stressful day. =)

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Corporations really need to be careful about who they put on the front line representing their business.
Tonight, I came into this location to pick up a DoorDash order. I had also just purchased gas at this same location, yet the cashier proceeded to tell me that I was “not a customer” because I was there picking up a DoorDash order.
When I initially told him I was there for a pickup, his response was, “Give me a sec.” I waited while he played around with a box of cigarettes, repeatedly trying to toss it into the drawer below him. After several attempts, he finally bent down to put it away. He then told me to step aside because my order wasn’t ready and he wanted to help the “next customer.”
I asked whether he had actually checked for the order because it was not a deli order. Instead of simply checking, this turned into a back-and-forth in which he repeatedly insisted that I was “not a customer” and needed to move so he could help actual customers.
What made the situation even more ridiculous was that he eventually called an officer over the interaction. At that point, I stepped aside because I was certainly not going to escalate a situation with law enforcement over a DoorDash pickup.
The entire interaction was unnecessary and incredibly unprofessional. A delivery driver entering your establishment to pick up an order placed by your customer should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Delivery drivers are also representing customers who have already spent money with your business. And in my particular case, I had literally just purchased gas there myself.
Customer service is about how you treat people who walk through your doors—not deciding who is worthy of basic respect based on why they're standing at your counter.
Management seriously needs to address how this employee communicates with customers and delivery drivers. There was absolutely no reason for such a simple pickup to turn into a confrontation.

First contact was July 8 regarding the attempts to add funds to my method of payment, gift card. My account was established years ago and I was able to add funds to purchase WAWA products without cash using the rewards card or via rge mobile phone app. Since then I had at leqaqst two successful "reloads of $15" but the WAWA internal system did not update the funds available preventing me from using the payment method I uswed for years until July of 2026.

A total of 12 emails were sent to customer service explaining the issue. None of the WAWA customer service agents provided any specifics related ti my inquiries. Typically their responses contain useless information regarding the instructions on how to use their mobile app. each of their responses was from a different customer service rep. Many, if not all responses seemed to be generated by AI. When asked I provided proof of my transaction using information recorded by my bank. WAWA resorted to blaming my bank for the issue. My last contact with WAWA customer service was on August 11. Without resolution. My resolution of the issue is to delete my account and stop doing business with WAWA.

If you are expecting great food and amazing customer service do not come here. The food was artificial tasting with every bite making me want to throw up. Save your money and do not come here unless you’re making a quick roadtrip rest stop.

Wawa, store #8668 3400 S Military Highway, Chesapeake, Va 23323. This place deserves a 0, stop got gas went in to order a smoothie before going to work at 3:17 am on Friday 07/31/26. Placed order paid for order then waited over 10 min and still now one is making specialty drink or smoothies. I ask attendant at cash register that I can't wait any longer due to I was heading to work and wanted a refund. She called for manager a few min later I had to ask again, manager was behind making breakfast orders. Never had any issues before at this place. This place it not staffed correctly and unfriendly also. I will neve go back to this Wawa and let everyone I know about my encounter of my morning and will proceed to put on social media as well about this location. They should notified customers due low staff wait times will be long so people will not waste there time at this location.

Who in THE hell goes to WaWa for ANYTHING but food or gas? I just got a bacon croisanwhich that was 3 times bigger than ANYONE else's and its delicious. Stop complaining about restrooms. Just eat.

The bank FNBO is the worst. Payments take forever to get to them and to get posted. They are not helpful. So, our gotta have a WAWA is gone. Cards cut up.

Food is great when you can get it. Always an issue using their delivery service. Orders get cancelled then have to wait days for a refund. Hire drivers for delivery because some of doordash transports are not reliable. Yes I understand things happened that is not controllable but this happens a lot.

Ordered food on line . Went to pick it up and someone stole it off the shelf . Store manager said it was basically not her problem . Once she places it on the shelf there was nothing she could do. Called emailed Wawa to no avail . No response at all from Wawa !

So I went into Wawa this morning I DoorDash so I go to a lot of places I went in to order something on the menu the virtual menu I’m old-school and I ordered what I want and then it started ordering something else so I got a little frustrated and I asked to go behind the account I said can I just order tell you what I want and she came out to help me after I was on the way out the door cause I was frustrated and she was very nice. Her name was Jackie and she took the time to show me how to work the menu and how to order what I wanted it and she was just exceptional above and beyond what she should’ve done this is the second Wawa the one in Cocoa too that the people there were very friendly and I would recommend Wawa at least two that I’ve been to very much to anybody it was a great experience thanks again, Jackie for helping an old man

after email after email and website after website and phone call after phone call...WAWA fell thru. I have a child who is Autistic and because of that birthday parties outside of familiar places is rare. So this year I decided to bring the party to his school so that the other special needs kids can be a part of it.

I contacted Chuck E. Cheese corporate, and they were gracious enough to donate a cake, hats, plates and their MASCOT Chuck E. I also reached out to Chick-fil-a who graciously donated platers of chicken nuggets, small breads and waffle fries since this is what most Autistic children eat. Well, WAWA's response was "At this time, we’re unable to offer support, as our donations are reserved for nonprofit organizations whose initiatives align with our three key focus areas: Health, Hunger, and Everyday Heroes. We are not able to provide donations to individuals or for personal events." I guess special needs children are not valued by Wawa.

I did reach out to the WAWA right next door from their school (Joppa MD), and they said they would have loved to, but their hands are tied and that Corporate had to approve it but apparently their public relations dept did not. Sad but true story. It's okay though. Chuck E and Chick-fil-a came through and now I know NOT to get my next company catering order from Wawa.

This review is specifically for the fuel attendants at the wawa on 539. My problem is with the way they remove and reinstall my gas cap. Seems like a really simple thing but they mess it up almost every time. They remove the gas cap and then they stick it in a hole inside the open gas door. This may actually be a holder for the gas cap, I don't think so though. The problem is that it gets stuck in there and when you go to remove it seems like it's going to break your gas cap. Also they don't know how to install a gas cap. You tighten the gas cap to one click and that's it. They tighten it to about 30 clicks every time. Seems like a very simple thing but they don't seem to have a clue.

Not all wawa are bad, but the one in Melbourne off 192 west New Haven is the worst one I ever been in especially after hours. Don’t try and get hot coffee at 430 in the morning. They might be brewing it at that time but I’ve been told they can’t sell it until 6 (Does that make any sense?) I’ve called corporate on them twice even went into the location and left my phone number for the manager to call me back. He called one time and has not returned my phone call. I know some people are Wawa fans, but do yourself a favor and stay away from that location you don’t wanna be disappointed like I was. This happens all the time.
