Ma pire expérience de location. L’arnaque totale. Nous avions loué sur Waygo une voiture pour 211€. Arrivée à l’agence il nous demande une caution et nous disent que notre visa est une carte de débit et non de crédit nous devons donc payer 240€ de plus. Honteux 😡

Une personne Tiago est venue me chercher à l'aéroport, très agréable et serviable.
Quand j'ai rendu la voiture "FIAT 500" très bonne p'tite voiture avec 7600 km au compteur. Idéal dans les rue s de Lisbonne. Bon accueil et toujours aussi serviable avec un p'tit café. Merci, je recommande l'agence de Lisbonne . Estaçao de Lisboa, Av. Severiano Falcao 11, 2685-380 Prior Velho

Je loue des voitures 5x par an, je suis donc un habitué des magouilles des loueurs et je sais m'en défendre. Mais là j'ai eu à faire à des pros de l'arnaque. J'ai payé un supplément 30€ pour un retour véhicule à 05:00 heures avec transport en navette à l'aéroport. À la réception du véhicule on me dit qu'au retour ils sont fermés et qu'ils n'ouvrent qu'à 08:00 heures. On me demande de garer la voiture dans la rue devant l'agence et d'appeler un Uber pour aller à l'aéroport. Là j'ai compris que j'avais à faire à des vrais professionnels de l'arnaque. Une semaine après mon retour de mon séjour, ma carte de crédit commence à être débité pour des services que j'ai refusé et dont j'ai même signé une décharge. Ce sont des VOLEURS !!!
We had a great experience. Our car cost a fraction of what the airport car hire stands were charging. The instructions on how to be collected from arrivals were simple and we easily found the minibus to Waygo. It was just a few minutes down the road and collecting out car was straightforward and overall a lot quicker than some airport car hire collections we've had elsewhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the car was clean and as described. Drop off and the shuttle back to the airport at the end of our trip was also very easy. HOWEVER staff went above and beyond after my wife left her wallet at the Waygo office. They called us at the airport and quickly drove the wallet over to my wife, saving her from having to cancel all her bank cards!

Voiture sans liquide lave glace, témoin jaine moteur dès le debut de la location au bout de 2h de route. On prévient on nous dit que ce n’est pas grave..
On rend la voiture on se fait facturer 35 euros un bip d’autoroute. Agence de VOLEURS.

Prenotazione avvenuta tramite discoverscars , presso aeroporto di Lisbona. Ci hanno dato un auto di livello superiore(senza sovrapprezzo)con annesso dispositivo per pagamento automatizzato dei pedaggi (1,99 al giorno), personale puntuale e disponibile, ci hanno proposto la polizza full inclusive senza insistere(ne avevo già una).Servizio navetta puntuale. Deposito su carta di credito sbloccato alla consegna dell’auto. Unica pecca non ho ricevuto ancora il dettaglio delle spese del telepass. Consigliato ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità .

Prezzi assolutamente super competitivi!
Per il prezzo che fanno pagare, vi consiglio di fare l’assicurazione totale in modo da non avere pensieri..
Ci hanno dato una macchina nuova e super pulita con tutti i comfort.
La cauzione di 150€ l’hanno sbloccata nel momento in cui abbiamo riportato l’auto.
Servizio navetta super efficiente!

Mauvaise expérience nous avons payer le double de la réservation sur internet pour une histoire de carte débit il nous demandait une carte de crédit et au retour il nous ont trouver une excuse de cendre dans la voiture pour nous facturer encore le nettoyage normalement compris dans le contrat je recommande pas du tous le personnel est désagréable seul les chauffeurs de navettes sont bien

My experience was VERY BAD!!!
I believed the reviews and the price, but BE CAREFUL!!! They are deceiving you!!!
The service WayGo didn't support my case. I achieved some small scratch on the plastic bumper of car from another driver. When I return the car they randomly calculated HUGE price for that 233.70 EUR!!! and said that is SERIOUS DAMAGE of the car!!! Having their Basic Insurance doesn't mean for them anything. You will need to pay everithing by your wallet.
With this approach, they can request a replacement of the entire car after a small scratch.
As a result, I paid a lot of money for the lack of support, service and desire to help.
Absolutely disgusting attitude to clients.
I totally DO NOT recommend this service!!!

I interacted with a person called Tiago ..a guy with a beard.........well, words fail me with regard to staring this review....
For starters..what type of car hire company wants to shut their offices at 8pm at night and not open till 10am on Saturday !!!!!!! They should certainly not be a car hire company because obviously flights go at all times....
The guy Tiago?? tried to charge me another 100 euros when I arrived at their offices as he said their offices closed at 8pm and I had arrived after 8pm...well obviously this is a ridiculous comment because their publicity says they are a 24 hour a day car hire company plus I had actually arrived before 8pm at the airport and they ere supposed to meet me with a sign but they didn't ..I had to phone them to get them to come. Also.....this guy was fully aware of my outward bound flight on Saturday so could easily have told me that their offices would not be open until 10am but no ..I had to find out by arriving on Saturday at 9am and driving around and around the compound until I found someone.(Tiago).who told me they didn't open until 10am ...WHAT ?????????where was I supposed to leave the car? Had I been given any instructions when I arrived about where to leave the car ? NO NO NO ...and not only that ..because they weren't open I had to call a taxi to take me to the airport (less than half a mile away) which cost 10 euros ..
without doubt the worst car hire experience I have ever had

Pessima experiencia. Nenhum cuidado com o cliente, nao conseguem ver alem das normas estabelecidas.
The pick up and drop off were friendly and welcoming. The car itself was fine and in good operation. All the paperwork was processed in a friendly and efficient manner. We will definitely book again thanks to a competitive price, friendly interactions (thanks Nuno and his colleague who picked us up from airport), good service.
Amazing Service by Marta! She's great and made our rental car experience unique!
