My experience hasn't been without it difficulties mainly on my side and Paul the agent that has helped me through this application process has been so very informative, patients and understanding. Paul listened to my problems and helped me pick the best option in this case it was a M.A.P application. He went above and beyond in helping me download documents and patiently waited on docs that needed to come via post or other methods as I not the most technical minded person. Paul was so generous in helping me qith fees that normaly come as part this process as I only receive universal credit. Also as fearfully and stressful as this process has been my agent has been so helpful and made this experience less daunting, now that things are moving in the right direction I feel a wait lift so thanks for all the help.

I found the process of entering into a Trust-deed with Wylie and Bisset excellent. From start to finish Tracey was amazing, she eased any concerns I had and any time I contacted her she got back to me quickly.

After being recommended various different options by various different debt management companies with little to no traction from anyone! Paul McDougall from WB just grabbed the problem and dealt with my issues directly, same day, same time on receipt of enquiry. For myself, someone who’s been stressing for so long and so uncertain what to do, Paul led the way as you would expect a debt specialist to do. I cannot thank him enough and Wylie Bisset for their service. Paul was also extremely busy and understandably received my enquiry in the height of dealing with other probably more larger bankruptcy accounts, but regardless looked at myself as someone who needed help and done so regardless of the corporate account size and I simply cannot thank him enough. Highly recommended and truly professional.
