Wealth Dragons / Network Property Ltd — 1 star

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Wealth Dragons and Network Property Ltd. I attended a bootcamp run by Vincent Wong and Florence Ng, I had paid an initial £7,200 and then a further £12,800 to become a partner with Wealth Dragons, totalling £20,000 — only to later discover I was actually being partnered with Network Property Ltd.

I was promised strong monthly leads as part of this partnership. I was asked to pay an additional £500 per month for lead generation, which produced leads of no real value. When I raised this, I was then told I needed to pay £1,000 per month instead to get "good leads."

I personally dealt with Vincent Wong, Florence Ng, and Marcos Souto throughout this process. When I and other partners raised questions about the poor lead quality for the money being paid, instead of addressing the actual issue, we were blamed for things like not being prompt on calls or lacking negotiation skills — deflecting entirely from the real problem of paying for leads that didn't convert.

After speaking to several other partners, I found many had the exact same complaints — poor lead quality, unclear costs, and no real support despite the fees paid. When we raised these concerns as a group, we were simply removed from the groups with vague explanation.

I'd strongly encourage anyone considering this to do thorough due diligence — including checking Companies House for the companies' history — before paying any fees, and to get everything in writing before committing.

My experience has not been very good - I was sold Franchisee in April 2026 after attending Vincent Wong's bootcamp and then following that within 4 weeks - Network Property Ltd went into insolvency - Vincent Wong and his associates including Florence Ng, Marcos Souto did not inform me or anyone about the insolvency. By that point I have already paid £9k as franchise fee. When I confronted them about the issue - they simply shut me down and told me to contact the insolvency solicitor for refund. I asked about what training or support will be provided for money paid - they said I am difficult to work with so nothing will be offered unless I pay further £11k to Network Property UK ltd which is new entity they have created. Scam alert - check Wealth Dragons, Network Property in the companies house website - we can find lot of info such as insolvencies under slightly different names. The modus operandum is simple - create company - run it for few years and then dissolve it after getting profits. I have reported their case to undofraud.com and I am in the process of taking legal action against concerned people and entities.
I hope this message will save atleast 1 other person getting scammed by these people.

I would be VERY wary before engaging with this company. I had subscribed to the Portfolio Builder programme on 9th October 2025 and decided not to continue in the programme on 20th October 2025, within the 14 day cooling off period. It has been 8 months now of continuous followups by email and whatsapp, and despite promising multiple times to refund my deposit, this has still not happened.

Professional and engaging 3 days of high value content with their team of property experts who themselves have decades of experience.

Vincent and his team overdelivered incredible value in this 3-day online training. This wasn't 3 days of fluff - we learned about solid strategies on different ways of getting income from property. Vincent has a wealth of experience in the industry, and he didn't hold anything back, and gave us as much as he could over the 3 days. Initially, I had some reservations as I was entirely new to the property sector; however, to my surprise and delight, this bootcamp exceeded my expectations. It was highly informative and thorough, although the three full days of training were intense and somewhat challenging to navigate over the weekend. Nevertheless, the knowledge, skills, discussions, and overall quality of the presentation and visuals were exceptionally comprehensive. Vincent was outstanding—very courteous, assertive, and professional. Even though the training was conducted online, it truly felt like a community and collaborative group from the very beginning.

Post 3 day Boot Camp which I thought was highly useful, I was invited to join their "MSM Franchise". Marcos asked for payment of £1000 Deposit under pretext of "Refundable if cancelled within 14 days". As I was unable to proceed with the program due to personal financial commitments, I notified my intention to Cancel within the 14 day Time Frame before commencement of any training. Been chasing for several months now- Still NO REFUND! Typical Stalling delay tactics saying we need to look into further each time on the odd occasion a response is received. Be WEARY, you've been WARNED of this SCAM!

What a 3 days of knowledge delivery by team Vincent,Florence and Marcos who are passionate for the success of total strangers which in the end became a family circle. The contents of the bootcamp was informative, clear, motivational and gave pointers to break your comfort zone to achieve success.
