I recently participated in a three-day Property Entrepreneur Bootcamp focused on property investing, which was truly transformative. The sessions were full of practical advice on generating income through property, covering everything from creative deal sourcing and negotiation strategies to financing and building a sustainable portfolio. The coaches were knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely committed to helping us to think like true property entrepreneurs. I left with a clear action plan, renewed confidence, and a network of ambitious individuals with similar interests. I would highly recommend this bootcamp to anyone looking to achieve financial freedom and build long-term wealth through property investment. The A-team is special: Vincent, Florence, Marcos, Valerie and fellow delegates. Much to learn, plenty of information to absorb, exercises to complete and scenarios to ponder and resolve through thinking ahead. Good fun.
Fair warning, you need to have stamina and remain vigilant for the three days.

Its a great team and take real sincere efforts to coach and guide. The inner circle is very helpful .Knowledge and experience is enormous and eye opener to so many minute things which you would not know or think of.

I attended a webinar today with Vincent Wong/Wealth Dragons and stayed engaged for two hours. In the Q&A session I raised two respectful but challenging questions in the chat, including a request for the terms and conditions of their “money back guarantee.” These were not answered. I then politely asked for my questions in the chat to be addressed, rather than being forced to speak publicly in front of 80+ people. That request was deleted, and when I commented on its deletion, I was removed from the webinar by a coach.

As a professional with a legal background, I found this treatment unacceptable — controlling, dismissive, and frankly insulting. I made the specific request due to disability. Participants should never have to disclose personal circumstances to justify a simple request for flexibility. An inclusive approach could easily have been, for example, a response via email.

Deleting respectful but legitimate questions (mine and others’) and refusing to allow engagement in any way other than the method dictated by the coaches does not suggest transparency or inclusivity. Removing an attendee for expressing disappointment feels extreme and silencing.

I was also concerned to learn how the organisation responds to complaints. On Trustpilot, the general manager has publicly stated (and visible to all): “We pride ourselves on being one of the most reputable companies in our industry. Therefore, we would like to reiterate that any libellous and malicious comments made by anyone in public will be dealt with accordingly in order to uphold our reputation and integrity.” In my view, this kind of response risks intimidating dissatisfied customers and discouraging open feedback.

During the webinar, Vincent Wong also stated that the company is currently listed on the stock exchange. From my understanding, Wealth Dragons Group PLC delisted from the Vienna Stock Exchange in July 2024 and is not listed anywhere at present (having since rebranded). This appears inconsistent with what was said and raises concerns about how the company represents itself.

Overall, my experience raised serious concerns about inclusivity, transparency, accountability, and the organisation’s willingness to engage with genuine dialogue. I found the whole experience deeply insulting and uncomfortable. Fortunately, I only wasted two hours of my time and did not invest the significant sums being requested during the webinar.

The weekly coaching sessions are designed to give you constant measured steps to follow in order to get a grip of your business (Yes, it is your business that you are building so be prepared to push your limits as you will be your own boss on this).
The 3 days Bootcamp is a tsunami of info, techniques and skills. Have pen and paper ready but mostly go in with an open mind as you can get out of it as much as you want as long as you are willing to learn.
The lifetime of resources, training material and network is giving you the best ahead start you can possibly imagine! Your network is your networth, keep that in mind.

Few points worth mentioning:
- If you believe they just give you 2 deals while you sip pina colada in your garden, keep scrolling when the next advertisement comes up.
- The personal coach will assist you till the first 2 deals are done and dusted. If that takes over 12 weeks it means that you do not have weekly sessions anymore, but still have direct support from the coach when things move on with your deals!
- In 12 weeks you get knowledge, structure and guidance to BUILD YOUR BUSINESS from scratch…the earliest you understand it’s your business the earlier you will succeed.
- If you are not willing to challenge your beliefs, put into action all those tips, work hard to improve your skills and knowledge, rewire your mindset and push yourself out of your comfort zone on a daily basis, I am sorry but this might not be for you.

As a final word. This was the best investment for myself and for the first time in my life I truly can see the path of creating wealth for myself, my kids and future generations.
I have set myself up for success well above and beyond 2 deals, and that is priceless.

This is the best teaching I have ever been so far; and I don’t think there is anyone comparable in the current property market and even in the next years. Vincent and Florence delivered every factors into such details with great manners and patience. Honestly everyone in the lesson have learned lots of knowledges and new ideas on the properties. I came across Vincent Wong’s ads on Instagram and was initially impressed by what they offered. However, during my 1:1 consultation with Portfolio Builder consultant Marcos, he clarified that even if I paid the fee and joined their course, there was no guarantee of making money, even if I FOLLOWED and ACTED on all the steps they teach.

This lack of assurance made me hesitant to join, as I felt it wouldn’t justify the time, effort, and financial investment without a guaranteed return.
