The necklace that they sold as pearl is not pearl at all. $115.00! Do not recommend them whatsoever.

Absolutely terrible customer service, return policies, and quality.
Was shocked to see that the $85 necklace was just thrown into a shipping box. Even Shein puts their jewelry in a plastic bag.

Wow, I'm shocked at how negative these reviews are here, as my experience has been quite the opposite! I've been so happy with every purchase I've made, and i AM aware of their return policy, which is clearly stated on their site (so no confusion on my part).

I've ordered multiple times, and have nothing but good things to say about Bracha jewelry.

Terrible return policy and customer service! The quality was poor and the earrings were much bigger than pictured and not wearable! Then to find out all earrings are final sale. Waste of $50!

Their return policy is ridiculous. If you don’t like the jewelry, you can return it for $7 shipping and get store credit to get something else from their bright yellow gold collection. In other words, they’re scammers. If you don’t like the jewelry, you pay them $7.

Selling gold filled jewelry that is plated. Gold filled is legally regulated in the us and this company lies about the quality of their products. The owners of this company clearly have no knowledge of jewelry production as it is quite literally impossible to sell or make real gold filled jewelry at this price point. Gold is over two THOUSAND dollars an ounce. Illegal and gross business practices

Buyer beware! Do not waste your money buying from this company. Their product is cheap, and they do not refund your money. They make you pay $7 to ship the merchandise back and credit the remainder they owe. They should be listed in the "Do Not Buy From List." So disappointed.

DO NOT buy from this Company they are very unethical. They will not except returns, I spent 93.10 on two items and I received them and did not like them. They sent me a email telling me that I could only receive a store credit !! WHY would I want a store credit when I don’t like the jewelry. And then on top of that, they tell me that I will have a 37.04 credit. I think the math is a little wrong there. They are rip offs, and there gold looks so artificial, it’s like a bright ugly yellow. Save yourself some time and money and find a better jewelry store !

I ordered $300 in jewelry. The items were sent and showed delivered. However I never received the items. When I called Bracha, they told me to call USPS. When I called USPS they told me that Bracha sent the items with the lowest level of service and once the package leaves the U.S that it is no longer tracked. If you live outside of the U.S DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I am out $300.00.

Sh**ty quality -- Poor policies. I purchased a necklace from there that was supposed to be 14k gold, it was so cheap and clearly not authentic. But honestly, thats not my issue, my issue is that an ONLINE store that sells jewelry could be so audacious to have a no return policy. To add insult to injury you must also PAY for your return shipping for store credit. I don't give a damn about what proceeds are donated, if someone isn't happy with a purchase and it is in sellable condition it should be eligible for a refund, not store credit to purchase more of your crappy poor quality products.
