Absolutely terrible quality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Purchased mens lace up shoes from a slick and well made webpage. The shoes took three weeks to arrive, looked nothing like the web images. Nasty synthetic “durable materials”. Lace holes are so low on the shoe it is impossible to tighten the shoe so it does not slip on your foot. A truly poor product.

****DO NOT USE****** Absolute con. I have to leave 1 star because I cant leave any less. Ordered my shoes 3.5 months ago, they dont tell you they are shipping from China. I never received so thankfully got a refund from my bank. Then today out of the blue, £60 worth of cheap (really) smelly plastic turn up that I quite frankly wouldn't pay £1 for. They are absolutely NOTHING like they look in the pictures - really nice glossy website but what a RIP OFF!!!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE..... They have several different company's under the name of Chloe/Liam so do your research... Liam & Co/ Chloe & Liam/Liam/Chloe. Seriously fraudulent company.

Don’t believe the positive reviews, I think they are fake. The shoes you receive are awful quality and look cheap. Don’t buy from them, definitely a Chinese cheap manufacturer posing as a high quality retailer. Also good luck trying to get a refund.
Trust me, avoid this website at all cost.

I bought a pair of shoes in August. They claim they tried to deliver twice and the email stated they would try to re deliver. No option for me to manage the deliveries. They were never delivered and they have never replied to my email. Scam. AVOID!

I recently purchased two pairs of shoes from your website order upon receiving them, I was very disappointed to find that they don’t match the description. The shoes were advertised as leather but they’re made of plastic and the overall quality is very poor with visible glue and badly finish seams. As the items are not as described and requesting a full refund for my order. They never replied to my complaint. Never buy from this company!

Already planning ahead because one pair doesn’t feel enough. These shoes are versatile and make me want more colors. It’s rare when I look forward to buying again. Guess I’ve found my go-to brand.

Shoes that arrived were not as advertised. They were a completely different shape, made from a different material, had a different strap and different heel. Quality was very poor, nothing like the premium looking website. When I emailed for a refund with photographic evidence of how I’d been misled, the company disagreed and refused to cover the return fees. Luckily I paid on credit card and they are pursuing the refund on my behalf.

Do not buy. The shoes were cheap, the wrong colour, and the wrong size. I had to email backwards and forwards to be able to return and then had to send back to China (at their request) recorded delivery. They still haven’t refunded my money even though they have emailed to say they will refund £69.99, instead they have refunded £5.95 twice. A frustrating experience. Personally I wouldn’t believe any positive reviews.

Id like to dissuade anyone from buying from these, i wish id checked Trustpilot first but they have such a professional website, they are very convincing. The delivery took ages and when they did arrive shoes did not fit, nor was there a working buckle. I have been attempting to claim a refund however they are offering discounts on alternatives which i don't want. They now say return shipping is £20, plus 25% taxes and a replenishing charge. I'll attempt to get a refund from my credit card. Fingers crossed.

Ordered two pair of shoes , on arrival they were huge at least two sizes too big and the quality was horrendous .
Only then realised after corresponding with the company that returning to china was made impossible by cost and taxes , goodbye £140 .
And lesson learned.

If I could rate zero I would...worst thing I have ever bought online.Shocking to advertise leather shoes and send you plastic.....never ever ever buy from who ever these guys are!!!!!!

Ship from China (not clear from website) with significant delays. Very poor quality and on wanting to return they claim a "return shipping of approximately £20, 15% restocking fee and 20–25% customs fee (if applicable)". Very defensive communication. DO NOT BUY.

DO NOT BUY!! I have never come across such flagrant misselling. When the shoes finally arrived they were plastic rather than ‘luxury leather’ a different colour from the images advertised and look like a completely different shoe of a significantly lower quality than the ones featured on the website. The ‘easy returns’ promised is a sham. Returns are to China and cost almost as much as the shoes themselves because of ‘handling charges’ and taxes and there is an explicit warning that goods may be held up or lost at customs thus preventing any refund. Eventually they stop replying to emails and don’t send details of how to return goods! They don’t deserve even a one star rating.

Have felt very disappointed in my dealings with this company, too late realised they are not UK based and that the whole thing is dodgy. Order took a long time to arrive with poor communication from customer service. Items of very poor quality. Returns process poorly described on website, it’s been an absolute nightmare trying to get a refund. Currently my returns are stuck in Chinese customs and I suspect they will remain there and that I won’t get anything of my £100+ refund. Feeling a right mug for getting taken in by this company who are not what they claim to be and will do everything possible not to refund customers.

Bought the leather zip tote bag and thought it would be bigger but the size was actually correct to the description. Nice quality and I really like the colour and the sectioning, the space and zippered pockets. Have already received a compliment.

Chloe & Liam * SCAM * SCAM * SCAM* that’s £60 down the toilet! The shoes are utter trash - not leather just some terrible plastic. They don’t even look like the picture. I actually feel like an idiot for falling for this. Have emailed to tell them that the shoes are rubbish and I want a refund but reading the other reviews I’m not hopeful. Avoid at all cost!

I bought a pair of shoes from the website and when they arrived they were too small, and importantly they bore no resemblance to the advertising image on the website. They were very cheap and badly made. I requested that I return the shoes for a full refund on this basis, though the company has refused, saying that they can only offer 20%, which they justify by being in China.

Awful awful - shoes took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. Size did not even come close to my size. I frequently requested a return address without any success - they did not follow their own policy. Stay away!!!
