Great experience with this company. They took on the job at late notice when another pulled out. They were respectful and careful with our things. Fast working and got the job done quickly. Two friendly gentlemen also. Highly recommend.

Avoid this company at all cost.

We are utterly disgusted with this company, truly disappointed and left us with a deep trauma using the mover service from this company. This company so unprofessional and fails to deliver it services.

We paid booking for the movers 2 weeks in advance, and during the agreed day, we wait for hours and the mover did not come. We even had to call them up and ask what's going on, and they answer they give is to wait for a call back, and we did not receive any call at all. We've made tons of call and nothing was resolved. They did not even send a replacement mover and we have to deal with the delay of moving, plus issue with the landlord. We also lost valuable time and energy due to this matter.

We are demanding for full refund and compensation due to this matter. Else we will have to bring this to the higher authority.

We have also email them 3 times, and we did not receive any reply at all. Why are you ignoring to my emails?

This company and their people are amazing. If you ever thought you could move yourself think again. These guys take all the strain out of it, nothing is too much trouble and there know how to pack! Our completion took longer than expected so we didn't get keys until 4.30pm, after a 7am start but it was no problem and they get quickly helped us get everything inside and to the right rooms.
5 stars just isn't enough!

After arriving an hour late, the guys were friendly, courteous and professional. Would highly recommend them.

Crap.walked mud over my cleaned carpets put drawers wrong way round left stuff at old house had to come back to get no organitin at all wiil never use again

I received. I made the booking last minute and they were reliable, arrived on time. My items were well taken care of. I highly recommend this company.

I hired we are movers to move my furniture and belongings from my flat into my mum’s garage as my stay in Africa has been extended for a few months due to unforeseen circumstances. The job was done flawlessly. My now former landlady had nothing but high praises for them and has now made them her go to movers for all her properties. Once at my mum’s house they helped to move things around and make space for my bits. My mum was so happy with how they handled everything and were so polite and helpful. I am a very grateful customer.

I Contacted We Are Movers This Morning After Being Let Down By The Original Company I had hired. I spoke to keith who managed to get a team out to me within an hour. The guys were polite from start to finish and everything was handled with care. Despite knowing that i was in a desperate situation and would have paid any amount just to move today; these guys did not try to extort me. They even charged me less than the original company i had hired! Thank You So Much Guys I couldn’t Thank You enough even if i tried.

Well, no much to say I'm still waiting for the driver. Seriously avoid this company:

1- the high score on here is because they'll do all their best to take them down. The market out there is full of competitors! I wish they could put all these efforts in their customer service.

2- they'll come up with crazy stories to excuse their incompetence - depending who answer the phone when you call their offices or the driver.

3 - get ready to stay on the middle of the street for hours.

They might offer you to do the job for you (FREE of charge) as it happened to me but I rather prefer to pay twice the price that having businesses with them again.

There are better services out there - spend those £10 more and save your time and day.

Thank you for the service. I commend your driver Brian. He was very helpful and showed how much of a hard worker he is. In all the times I’ve moved in London, how he works shows how much he is passionate and loyal to his company. He is an asset to your company.

I’m so glad I used they service. The driver was on time from point A to B. The driver was as well really professional

I ordered their service but they never showed. They first told me they were stuck in traffic and sent me a video, but turns out they were lying. When asked for refund, they accepted immediately but never gave me any refund and every-time I email/call or WhatsApp message them, they always have excuse about why the refund haven't been sent. They always say it's either my bank or the payment process company (Stripe) they use thats holding/delaying the refund. I contacted both (my bank and Stripe) and found that it wasn't them. I contacted them again and they always say, they're not in office and will do it once they get to office...but ofcourse, they never do.

Avoid this Company. They are a SCAM.

Moving home is one of the most stressful periods in anyone’s life but the team at We Are Movers made this experience enjoyable and memorable in a positive way for me and my son! From the time I was discussing the move with Keith to the day of the move when Brian and Rob did an exceptional job from the time they came to my house. Very professionally handled, extremely friendly and superb customer focus. Will definitely be recommending their services to colleagues and friends!

Thanks for your reply publicly while I have received nothing send I emailed the company and chasing up on WhatsApp.

Here are my response:

1. So when I first left a negative review on Trustpilot, the company flagged this review and claim I am not one of their customers despite the company can track my phone number. After sending prove of payment to Trustpilot, they verified my review as genuine.

2. The staff I spoke to suggested me to write a complaint email which I did, and the staff also said the company would keep me updated (proof on WhatsApp conversation) which I have ever heard from from them, despite chasing up.

3. Your claim about “Our drivers often wear ID cards and body cams. "This is for your saftey and theirs" —— I actually have a photo proof that they wore absolutely nothing on their neck which I have sent it to Trustpilot to proof what a liar you guys are.

4. You were caught on a body cam asking our driver to lie so you could claim the insurance on a piano that was already damaged before he moved it. You offered him £20 for his 'would be' role in this 'deceit'. ——— The rest of the fee that I needed to lay is £146.43, and I gave the drivers £150 said no change is needed. Where on earth is that £20 tips that I paid? If you guys love to lie about I was being caught on the body cam, I would love to see that because I am consulting with a solicitor about all your accusations that never ever happened.

5. If there was truly a body cam, you would have seen how they damaged my piano. I believe the so-called body cam would be a strong evidence when it goes to court.

6. Your staff has told me the driver shows the recording to the insurance company which I have proof from the WhatsApp conversation, and that is a third party. Not a word that you told me was shown to the company itself.

7. Under the freedom of information act, I are entitled to see any data they hold - so if you have a footage of the accusations, please proof it.

8.You company has acted unapologetic and constantly lie about what has actually happened. I will take legal action on this.

Horrible driver that damaged your valuables items and refused to compensate. Also illegally recording the conversation and send to the third party. Emailed company and never got a reply!

Very professional, kind and great service provided by We are movers. Very happy with the service and surely will recommend this service to friends and family.
