My only caveat is - I would love it if the interface was more user friendly as I found it a tad difficult in the beginning to move around to find what I want.

I have a domain name with z.com
I have a domain name with z.com. It has been with them for well over 60 days and should be free to transfer out. I unlocked the (parked) domain and sent the auth code to my new provider and paid my fee. All should have been fine, but z.com tells me the transfer failed for one of numerous reaons without stating which one it was. There was NO reason to deny the transfer out. I will never do business with this awful company again.
Update: My transfer went ahead ... eventually. I had to remove 'privacy' as the authorisation for the transfer was not forwarded to me for approval until I did. I do not have this problem with other web hosts.
