Beware!!! We have several cats and used to buy a lot of Webbox Lick-E-Lix and Webbox tasty sticks for cats. Soon we noticed that most of their products turned out to be spoiled/ rotten and cannot be eaten by our cats. And Webbox cat treats are expensive so the poor quality is unacceptable. I tried to make a complaint to Webbox but they seemed to be intentionally made customers impossible to file complaint. Webbox doesn’t supply email or phone number for customer service. Their asked to you to contact via a form and fill in the serial number for each problematic product that you want to talk about, so that means for the hundreds of spoiled cat sticks and Lick-E-Lix we need to submit a form for each product so you need to send hundreds of forms for the same issue. Webbox seems like a company with really low credit and ethic standard. I would say avoid for your cost and buy other cat treat brand instead.

Very disappointed after years as a loyal customer.

I’ve been a long-time customer of Webbox and have been regularly buying Lik-e-Lix for the past 4 years without any issues. However, I recently received a unit that smelled strongly of decay — clearly not fit for consumption.

I reached out to Webbox via email to raise a formal complaint, expecting at least a basic level of customer care. Unfortunately, I was completely ignored. No acknowledgment, no response, nothing.

Their website also doesn't work to make it difficult for us to contact them. They ask you to upload a photo but say the file is larger even though everything is ok to upload it on my end.

It’s extremely disappointing to be treated this way after years of loyalty. I will be rethinking my future purchases and cannot recommend Webbox to others based on this experience.

Stopped doing senior cat food , reduced box sizes to 8 sachets instead of 12 . PRICE THE SAME 🤬

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I'm wondering if the recipe for the wet cat food has changed along with the box size as both my cats are refusing it. We do need to know because they really enjoyed it previously. Am now looking for recommendations for an alternative for my 2 elderly girls.

My dogs tummy is fine, i fed her chub roll yesterday and she threw up and fed her it today and soon as she ate it again vomitted. I fed her a patte instead and she was fine. I dont know whats in the mushy thing but its made my dog ill. I bought 2 chub rolls. Both are mushy and full of liquid and exploded everywhere... arnt the meant to be firm?

Webbox cat sticks were my cat's favourite treat but now they are so hard and dried up no matter what the flavour, she just kicks them around the floor and doesn't eat them, I have been buying these products for years and don't know what has happened to the Webbbox brand and I will have to give this brand a miss.

I recently found plastic inside one of the dog bones from the mega meaty serrano ham bones. This product is contaminated(Batch no 24/39114)

I used to be so happy with Webbox cat food, however the last few deliveries the packs of cat food have been dirty and covered in maggots/pupae. When the boxes are opened they stank vile. This has happened 3 times. Luckily, I’ve managed to get my money back every time (after a struggle with customer service). They assured me that this is an isolated issue and I’ve been unfortunate, but I do not believe that to be true as this has happened on multiple occasions.

I was going to try my cats on this food but after reading these reviews I don't think I will risk it now, thanks everyone for your honesty.

Still no reply from the company about their ow quality food. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

My cat used to love the Salmon Lick-e-lix, and I had a fair number of “blown “ tubes, which I received a replacement on the one occasion I complained.

However, now my cat is violently sick if she it’s one. (She otherwise rarely vomits) and was quite ill for about 10 days on the last occasion.

Throwing my stock away, as I wouldn’t want to donate them and make another cat ill.

Used to get 5 now you get 4 lick e lix and you pay more. Never ever using webbox products again. How dare they give us less for more money. It’s a joke and companies like this should be fined for ripping people off. Well you’ve lost my custom.

As a regular customer of Webbox I thought I would get in touch with them to ask when the item I needed was coming back into stock. Their 'Contact Us' page just times out, email is an autoresponse saying it can taking up to 14 days to get a response and messenger on Facebook is also an autoresponse saying someone will get back shortly. 5 days later I have not heard a thing. Shockingly poor customer service! Yet they are still managing to post on Facebook daily. Needless to say, they've lost a loyal customer. Avoid if you can and try a more customer orientated company.

Poor customer service/complaints. Was buying cat food senior naturals direct from Webbox and would get few pouches in the mix with just very odd colour jelly and no meat. Sent photos in via email to customer service and got reply saying they will look into it (not interested). Happened again and sent more photos and this time no reply. Rang customer services asked to speak with team member who was on email and kept hanging up ,left phone message no response!

UPDATE. I Have now been contacted by member of staff ( Elizabeth) who has been very helpful and professional and has met my expectations. Hopefully going forward this problem won't happen again.

Lately, I have the feeling that I am buying a water sausage instead of the old Chub roll. This is pathetic! Pathetic is to see how a company is cutting cost by adding loads of water in a product they couldn't cut anything else to keep the low quality it already had, at the same time they increase the price. I buy this rolls to feed the crows and magpies on winter. It is a tough moment for them and lately when I try to cut the sausage in slices, It is almost impossible and much more impossible to give it to them without end up with all my hands dirty full of the liquid product of this roll. It ends up like a not well-done omelette or a vomit lookalike . Totally destroyed in the bag. Really bad!!

I bought a pack of their wet cat food, chicken flavor, with a best-before date of 05/2026. I immediately noticed that a couple of pouches inside the box were unnaturally swollen, as if they were about to burst. I took a picture and, taking a risk, opened one pouch—only to find it reeking! The consistency was completely off, so I threw away all the packages and contacted the supplier.

Turns out it's not only food that is disgusting for this company: customer service, left me without a reply after raising a serious quality issue.
They replied to my first email but have ignored every single one of my follow-ups since the 20th of November. Shame on you.

I have no idea what they are putting in this food, but if I hadn’t noticed, it could have easily poisoned my cats. Not recommended at all.

I liked how you can buy the food without having to take out a subscription. Secondly I had a tentative sniff and didn't want to throw up. The food smelled like casserole rather than something that had died three weeks previously - which is what most cat food smells like.
My cats loved it and it fills them up for longer.

Emailed Customer Service with regards to bloated cat Lick-e-Lix sachets. Also, upon opening those, there was a foul smell. It was apparently rotten, presumably due to manufacturing issue.
I first contacted them in May 2024 and again in June. I never got a response. As a precaution, because I don't want my cat to be ill and having to pay for subsequent vet bills, I stopped buying Webbox products.

Have been using Chub rolls for years with no problems.
Recently the recipe has changed. It's now a sloppy mess with much more liquid, unusable for what I need it for. I assume this is an attempt to cut their costs. It's not working with me though as I won't be buying any more.

After realising my cats anus has been getting really inflamed due to felix cat food which is poison I changed to this and am now awaiting results to see if her stomach agrees with it after eating rubbery chicken for months😡😡😡
