Experienced an issue with a “ blown “ sachet of lick-e-lix purchased. We contacted them merely as an FYI in case there was a bigger production issue. They ( Michael) responded immediately and asked for more information, which we were able to provide . Michael went above and beyond in his response actions, and took our feedback very seriously . In a world where very often the customer service focus can be lacking, we found the one we received , to be exceptional. Thank you to Webbox, and in particular , Michael 😁

Bought some weebox chub dog food, yesterday, I cut into the wrapper and the insides, once punctured, squirted out all over me, the insides had turned to mush, I refused to feed my dog this. Previous rolls were firm and easily sliced, this was liquid mush. Disgusting.

My cat loves them however the packing cut my finger open not impressed with packaging recommendations to check before selling them to make sure they not sharp

Absolutely Rubbish company at suppling shops with there lick e lix cat treats
They might as well just close down because it is hard to get there product

I have been buying Webbox sticks for a long time and my cats love them. However, the latest packs contain more and more dry or vinegar smelling sticks who seem to be « expired ». It used to be one once in a while but now the full pack contains funny smelling sticks. My 4 cats got very sick recently and although it may be a coincidence, I will not be buying these sticks anymore. The quality is not consistent and I do worry about their safety. The same factory manufactures the Lidl/Coshida sticks as well and same problem.

My boy loves chub roll .have tried him on so many diet foods.they either make him pile the weight on .or give him the runs.so far since a month now .poo are normal not pooing every time we go out .and not uniting for more later .so yes I would recommend Webbox chub roll

Gob smacked 25% increase on cat lik e lix

Webbox tasty sticks are terrible, 2 out of 3 packs I recently bought were dry and smelt terrible, a really sour smell, I've had the odd one in years gone by, enough to smell each one now, but now whole packs smell rank, I won't buy them any more.

I have read most of the very negative reviews but must honestly say that my cat loves this wet food. However, I might take heed and buy in small quantities since some clients seem to have problems with some items and then get stuck ....Will see how I get on...price is definetely better than other brands.

I got the oven baked liver Sizzlers for my dog and half of the pack is blue moulded and smells really bad

The 1-12months meat and fish wet cat food gave my cat a very bad stomach. He’s always has whiska’s and loved it but thought I’d get him a treat for his birthday and chose this, unfortunately it didn’t choose him and he’s had bad diarrhoea for a day now. Not sure what it was that didn’t agree with him, we’ve never had any trouble with any food like this before, he seemed to like the taste and ate it all which is why I gave a 2 star instead of 1. Worried about my baby :(

I was most sceptical when I bought this food for my rather sensitive old friend. He has a very weak stomach and has not been able to keep down the most expensive top brands for sensitive stomachs or popular supermarket products. He has been on this very affordable brand for some time now and has had no problems so far. It is true he preferred to eat some of the other brands but they made him sick. Clearly whilst he may have liked their taste they did not agree with him, not sure why.

I have been having problems with their lick-e-lix. Spent over £20 on a crate of 17 having previously brought some from other suppliers to. All if them were rotten smelling! Smelt vile. I contacted petsathome and amazon who I brought them from they both issued refunds straight away. After buying them direct from Webbox and them also smelling vile I contacted them straight away, this was back in Feb. All I was sent was one single box as ‘compensation’ when i questioned this I was then sent a prepaid small envelope to try and shove over 100 lick-e-lix into, and have had radio silence whilst they ‘investigate’ not even an offer of a refund for useless goods. My cats LOVED their products but will now have to go without as I don’t have money to waste. Avoid.

My cat loves these I buy loads of these each week . She now doesn’t want her cat food just these and dreamies . She’s so spoilt . Also likes king prawns 🍤 but her favorite is lick-e-Lix without a doubt

Sad to write this as my cat has been on webbox wet food for 3 months and has been doing so well on it, within those 3 months I have found a small shard of neon green plastic and 4 scraps of stretchy bright blue rubber, the green plastic I can not remember what flavour I found it in but 3 of the blue rubber/elastic scraps where all found the Jelly Cod flavour, the 4th I had just found in my cats vomit.

At first I thought it was a one off and I’d be careful enough to look for it if it was only in the cod flavour but I was stupid to think that, sad to say I will not be buying this cat food anymore as I just can’t risk my cat ingesting plastic and rubber!

Always bought the webbox meaty sticks until I started noticing that a certain amount would be off in every pack no matter what the flavour was they always had the same sour gone off smell which my cat ran from. Bought a cheese pack and every other one was off, but the package said it was in date so something fucky is going on.

Very worst stinky cat food ever. Even my cat running away from that food

I ORDERED 32 X 2KG PACKAGES OF THE SENIOR DOG FOOD IN FEBRUARY 2023.
AFTER WAITING SOME TIME IT WAS DELIVERED. I WAS MISSING 16 X 2KG PACKETS. I CONTACTED WEBBOX BY PHONE, WAS ASSURED THAT THIS WOULD BE CORRECTED. THE SECOND DELIVERY I RECEIVED 8 PACKETS, SO THE ORDER WAS 8 PACKETS SHORT. I CONTACTED WEBBOX AGAIN. EMAILS WERE SENT.THE LOVELY MORAG REPLIED! THE THIRD DELIVERY I RECEIVED 4 X PACKETS OF THE DOG FOOD. SO THEY STILL OWE ME FOUR MORE PACKETS. I HAVE EMAILED, PHONED AND GOT NOWHERE. THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. I CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE THEM EITHER.

We buy the Webbox dog lix and in every box there is almost 2 sachets that have hardly any paste inside!
This has been going on for so long. There is obviously some kind of issue with the production of these treats!
