The only reason for knocking off a star…
The only reason for knocking off a star was due to when ordered the website said the cooker was in stock, but I had to wait 4 weeks for delivery. But cooker was cheaper than Currys and arrived bang on time, when I got a delivery time.

This was our fourth purchase from Webbs. Always very helpful and more than competitive with their pricing. Would definitely recommend visiting their shop, they offer installation for a fee, well worth the price.

Helpful staff on the end of the phone
Helpful staff on the end of the phone. Cooker delivered earlier than expected by two friendly delivery guys. Followed up with a reminder to claim warranty. Needed to ask for an email confirmation of purchase but overall very happy

Wasted time.
Needed a new oven urgently, placed an order here as they listed the oven as in stock. Next day they get back to me to say it's not in stock but on order. A few days later and it's still showing as in stock on the website. Also stated that it comes with a plug and they cannot hardwire it. Well it can be hardwired and if their team aren't qualified to do it then why are they even offering installation for such products?

Excellent customer service …
The company contacted me very quickly after I’d received the email confirming my order to arrange delivery. The day before delivery I was called again to confirm the delivery time and the delivery was on time. Around a week after taking delivery I received an email reminder to register the product for the warranty. Very good customer service.
