Excellent service from a smaller business. Purchased an AEG tumble drier with no problems. Usually buy from John Lewis, Curry’s etc but gave this firm a chance as they had the model in stock at a great price. Communication was good and delivery within a 3hr slot on a Saturday. Recommended.

Great company, highly recommended
Website informative and easy to use. Communication was excellent throughout that included email confirmation of order, with a follow up telephone call to confirm delivery date. On the day, I had a call when they were half an hr from me too. My dryer was placed where I needed it. My only criticism was the emails I received came from Webbs.tv, Webbs Electricals and Webbs of Cannock Ltd. which was slightly confusing but this wouldn't stop me from buying goods from them again.

Webbs were fantastic at all stages
Webbs were fantastic at all stages, from choosing our new cooker to delivery. They went above and beyond when there was a longer delivery time on one model, giving us the option of a different finish and much faster time. The cooker is wonderful and was delivered quickly by really kind people. A truly brilliant company.

Helpful and friendly staff from beginning to end.
After speaking on the phone we got our new washing machine ordered straight away with a delivery slot given.
The sales rep called back the same day with an earlier delivery slot to help us out as we have a large family living at home and needed our washing machine.
