Good price, good communication and prompt delivery

Having searched for an AEG dishwasher their price was the most competitive, the dishwasher arrived within the estimated time.
There was a small dent on the front of dishwasher which must have happened with the couriers, the company immediately ordered a replacement door front and booked an engineer to visit and replace it.
Best price, excellent customer service.

This company favour old fashioned customer service where they call you when they say they will and deliver when they say they will . Also very informative about the product. Cannot fault them and would be happy to recommend them.

I would give 20 stars if I could. Ordered on line late at night. Following morning a call to check the order was still OK to place as it may not arrive in time for Christmas. Thank the good Lord it was not automated, inhuman, robotic voice or AI led by a stupid chatbot.

I GOT AN EXCEPTIONALLY POLITE AND REAL HUMAN BEING. Awesome from start to finish. Will never buy electricals elsewhere, will recommend to everyone and they were cheaper by far from the big boys. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Many of us still like how things were - a personal service. This is exactly what Webbs Electrical give.

A first class company to deal with.
The AEG Tumble Drier was a great price. I was contacted by Webbs Electrical within 24hrs of purchase, about arranging delivery. The dryer was purchased on Monday and delivered on Friday by SGK. Full tracking and estimated time of delivery was supplied on the day of delivery. Congratulations and I hope I can deal with you again in the future.

Ordered a built in Microwave as last one packed up.
Decent prices on website so placed an order.
Was informed it was out of stock by email but it was shown as in stock on website. A quick call and they confirmed a fresh batch was due in the next day.
Order went through and was sent to the courier. Didn't hear anything from the couriers but after a couple more calls it was chased up and we took delivery about 2 weeks after order was placed. Webbs were courteous and helpful as well as apologetic for the delay. Delivery day i received a phone call from the courier at 6.45am to say they'd be there about 7.45am which they were and living very rural is good.
Overall a decent experience and good prices. Would definitely use again.

Best price for my product and delivery was free too.

The company was easy to communicate with but unfortunately we were let down twice by the manufacturer's delivery courier. So we decided to cancel the order and it was no problem to obtain a full refund from the company along with apologies for something they had no control over.
