Extremely Disappointing Experience

I recently hired Web Design Marvel for a website project, and the entire experience was far from what I had expected. Here's why I cannot recommend their services:

1. **Lack of Communication**: Throughout the project, there was a severe lack of communication. They rarely responded to my emails or calls, and when they did, it felt like I was bothering them.

2. **Missed Deadlines**: The project was delayed multiple times, and it took much longer than originally agreed upon. This not only caused inconvenience but also led to lost opportunities for my business.

3. **Poor Quality**: The quality of the work they delivered was subpar. I had to point out numerous issues and inconsistencies, and even after multiple revisions, I was not satisfied with the final result.

A very interactive and hands on experience that i would highly recommend. The website looks very professional and they were able to customize it to meet and exceed my expectations. In the middle of the project, I decided to upgrade the plan from the basic to the ecommerce plan and they were able to change gears and add that functionality to the site. Additionally, I had the website built in WordPress with GoDaddy hosting and they were able to accommodate all those changes without a hitch. I would definitely use this team in the future!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I have paid $1100 USD and they promised to design and build my website in 2 weeks. Its been 5 weeks now and yet to see anything from them. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back despite the fact that they promise 100% satisfaction guaranty. Its all fake and misrepresentation be very careful.

The staff at Web Design marvel were excellent. They responsive to my many revisions and in the end created a top notch website that is a perfect digital presence for my new business venture.

Mr. Jason Webb was able to help me with my website design. He contacted me with any concerns or questions that I had about the website.

Many times I was frustrated with the process because it was time consuming but Mr. Jason was able to explain to me why things was moving slower than I anticipated. Over all the website turned out great thank you Web design Marvel.

After changing my Developers from in-house to Web Design Marvel, my account representatives Mark Dennis and Sean Johnson were instrumental in identifying the sites' needs. Developers sometimes are too focused on their job to understand the full scope of the client's actual needs. Mark and Sean understood this and made sure the (out-of-scope) components were handled. It is essential that your project managers understand that clients cannot think of everything and make recommendations before starting a project, which can be costly if they do not.

One of the better aspects of our working relationship is that our SEO conversions have doubled, and the cost of Google AdWords has decreased with their services.
