I have been using Webdock for several sites for years. I am very satisfied with their hosting services and always fast answer to questions.

All positive reviews are misleading
When you enter their site, they give you a 5 euro coupon in exchange for their 5-star rating. Here you can verify that, and this is against the rules of the platform

In addition, their service is very bad. Once they criticize them, they describe the customer as a criminal just because he received several fake reports.

This a very reliable hosting company. Their interface is very easy to be used and you can get a server in few minutes up and running.

I've been using Webdock's VPS for more than a month now.
Currently, I'm using this VPS for some small personal projects.
Here are some important things for me:
- It's easy to sign up
- Creating a server is a fully automated process
- Perfect documentation

I started using Webdock a few days ago. I created a new VPS, the smallest one, and deployed there some personal projects.

All went as expected until I tried to build a React application. The build process for Node apps takes a good amount of Ram, and it was crashing.

There was a misconfiguration for the swap memory. I contacted the team, and within 2 days it was reviewed and fixed.

I was surprised that the incident was resolved so quickly!

Very fast servers, with a different plans for each project

After having hidden fees from AWS and being kicked out from Oracle Cloud for no reason (I just had an empty website and a minecraft server).

I can say that webdock is straight forward, clear and concise.

The dashboard is simple and the prices really good comparing to OVH or DigitalOcean.

Webdock offers an excelent experience. It features a practical user interface, you can deploy a service or website with intermediate knowledge about Virtual Servers. Wordpress deployment it's straightforward; Linux images provided work out of the box. Security is a priority for the user account you get 2FA and for the deployed servers. All services are covered SSH, FTP, SFTP, MySQL. You get a web interface SSH terminal in their backend, and password based auth is disabled by default, so you must setup a key pair. Connection is really fast; You get free ssd Snapshots, What else to say, at first I was exceptic, but I was proven otherwise, running a database without any headaches. Very good VPS with very good price and guaranteed speed. I've been using it for two months now and it's a great fit.

the website is very simple and very easy, the price is also cheap, the connection speed is stable and of course the service is satisfying

The hosting is great for small/medium business website. I've been paying 2.5 euro and my website is ultra fast. There is no other provider that gives that much for that price.

Great and quick support with very good prices and performance. Had a question regarding ubuntu setup, and the support helped me very quickly. The VPS price/specs ratio are very good

+ Interface is good

- They have still not reimbursed what they owned me for more than 1 month even after chasing them several times

Conclusion : I do NOT recommend

The webdock UI is extremely refreshing and beautiful. And it's not just beauty, but also brains!
The user interface to kick off a new VPS along with setting up initial users, sudo etc are so intuitive and user friendly that it feels like a breath of fresh air. And the VPS's themselves are extremely snappy.

I am a power linux user and have tried VPS's from Amazon, Oracle, Microsoft and so many other vendors, but trust me, that no one gives such an extremely pleasant interface where things are intuitive and pleasing to work with. It seems that the development team has applied design thinking very well to build such an awesome product.

Lastly when I tried a LXD container and was having issues with it (of my own making, nothing to do with the provider), their customer service team kicked in because of a one liner I added while deleting the LXD instance. They guided me on the right path, pointed to their well written documentation. I can't tell you how good that felt. They seem to care about their users.

I have been using webdock for about a month and till date I have no problems. Their technology stack is incredibly fast and their pricing is superb.

Are you tired of stupid prices well I sure was. After many hours of searching for good hosting that wasn't going to cost me an arm and a leg. Then I found Webdock hosting that actually had good prices that I could afford so just stop skeptically reading and go give it a try :) you won't regret it

Amazing! The UI is clean and nice. A lot of preconfigured linux types. Automatic daily snapshots (that saved my life). Unbeatable prices and very fast support
