Great so far
Provided so far perfect platform for my small programming pet projects, to learn how to deploy server, and now I use it for services (2-7 people) without a hitch.
It's pretty cheap too.

As to support coverage: Support is reachable throughout the weekend but our network and engineering staff is rarely available in weekends so special tasks will be defered to the following monday. With that said, about 90% of support requests are handled with success in the weekends and only a small portion is escalated to engineers for the following monday. As we grow larger as a company with the support of loyal customers like yourself, this coverage will surely improve.

Just joined the Webdock train and I must say I am having a good time.
I have two VPS with them, and the serveer performance is top notch. No issues at all.
And the support is encouraging, they respond to chat within 5 minutes during working hours. And they respond with knowledge and solutions
And their customer portal is clean and modern.
And their price is quite reasonable.
What is not to like? If they keep this up I plan to stick around for a while

The bad server operator suddenly…
The bad server operator suddenly blocked my account, saying that the VPS I was using was hacked, refused to show the attack characteristics and ssh login logs。
They say "Hello - Abuse was seen coming from your server, and your account is very high risk already given the information we have and since you have no history with us. The account suspension will be upheld. Please find another provider for your workload.”
I'm very glad I haven't had time to migrate the database to webdock yet. Otherwise my data would be wiped out overnight.

Since you received that message then not only was your server performing abuse which was reported to us by third parties - in this case SSH brute force attempts - but after reviewing your account we found that your account was not one we wanted on our platform anyway. This is usually due to false signup information, you used a stolen credit card or your information matched a previous abuser of our platform.

Honest review from me as wordpress developer, i have trying a dozens of server out there and i can say and can proved too webdock is the top tier (fast and stable) server in vps provider, webdock offer anything developer need which is (clean ui, dedicated ip, ssh terminal, easy to reinstall, technical support, up2date documentation, in the very cheap price) honestly to good to be real in this era, but it is real!
but webdock does not perfect! same like us nobody perfect! but it's normal, even amazon or google not perfect and stronger in every tech services, because technology always change and so do we.
we just need to ask and align what we really need, then we can have what we wanted.
For the last i hope webdock can offer multi domain wordpress installation because it will be easier for non technical person and will not depends on hosting control panel. sometimes we need to build site domain for membership or muti language website.

worst customer support i have ever met,
worst support i have ever met, i could give them negative if the system could allow
-They didnt give me my refund for only 1 reason they said "they refund only if you used credit card but if not' they dont refund" after try their trial version and not satsified
- I asked what are the difficulties for me to refund if i have used paypal? no answer
Things i learn from these guys
1) never trust any trial, if card or paypal details required
2) Never trust trial period, if customer is needed to topup the service for which he/she want to try.
I have never again never seen the trial period, then inside the trial period pages, a company provide two gateways, 1 gateway (they used paypal) to topup the service for which you want to try (hahahah), and another gateway just for customer to put card details( not prepaid card, because they also dont accept)
and at the end if you are not satsfied with the trial, refund is only for those who used to enter card details (shame)

Hello - You say we have the worst customer support you have ever met, but it is clear from your message that you are really just upset that you could not get a refund for pre-paid credits you paid into our platform with Paypal. Let me point out a few things here: On every single screen you encountered during signup we make this extremely clear and let you know without any confusion that you can just add a credit card to pay as you go and there you can get refunds back to your card.
Second, we are doing the exact same thing as the other major cloud providers in this regard - DigitalOcean and Linode have the exact same policy.
Service credits are meant as an alternative to Credit Cards if you are unable to pay with Credit Card or want to pre-pay for some reason - we decided, as a service, to allow this during signup. The alternative would be to disallow credit-topup during signup, and then we'd get complaints about that :)
At the end of the day, you were thoroughly informed of the consequences of adding Service Credits (that they were non refundable) and you are not being fair to us here that this constitutes "worst customer support" - as in fact, our support is quite excellent.
I think maybe the real question here is: What made you decide against our service? I am certain if you had raised this issue with us we could have helped you find a solution and you would have gotten good use from your pre-paid credits you added to the platform.

Leaving a 1 star review when you were banned for violating our TOS does not strike us as a legitimate way of sharing your experience of our platform. It seems to us you enjoyed using Webdock for the 5 months you were using our service for free while using credit coupons you found around the web. It's then only when we catch you downloading torrents, which is against our TOS, and ban you that you feel you have to leave a bad review? I think all things considered, you having a VPS server for free for 5 months would be plenty enough for anybody.
Very Bad. SCAM!
Registered and added a credit a card, confirmed it, after using a Virtual Private Server with full dedicated resources for 1 hour I got banned and no valid reason has been communicated. The day after they tried to bill my card for 112 dollars, fortunately I blocked theme in my homebanking app from debiting any amount, I preserved e-mails and screenshot of the blocked transaction! DO NOT REGISTER!
P.S. as always they will write that is not true, find excuses, etc... I REPEAT I HAVE ALL THE SCRENSHOT AND ALREADY CONTACTED A LAWYER AND POLICE IN DENMARK.
Edit: As i said they found excuses, they saying:
- "All of this is rather ironic considering the nature of the ban which was that you were abusing our infrastructure for profit, essentially stealing resources for your own gain"
ABUSING INFRASTRUCTURE FOR PROFIT on a totally dedicated resource VPS i was paying for has no meaning, how can i abuse something i can't access?
MY ABUSE WAS: Using my resources to mine cryptocurrency which is not illegal nor banned on your ToS.
I payed for a total dedicated Ryzen 9 CPU, after one hour of use i got banned on a DEDICATED RESOURCES VPS, you assigned the resources and than you banned me for using theme. Just a lot of laughs, and ofc you did it with many other people i have been taking with. Your Service is a scam and you are just a Digital Ocean reseller, which is also forbidden by their ToS.
YOU ARE JUST A SCAMMER, THAT ASK PEOPLE FOR 5 STAR REVIEWS ON SITES LIKE TRUSTPILOT IN EXCHANGE OF MONEY AND BENEFITS, AND THAN BAN PEOPLE.

Hello. I guess you must have missed our reply to your support request where you so eloquently told us the same as in your review here. When an account is auto banned for running a malicious or otherwise banned application on our infrastructure it is placed under review during which time you do not have access. In all other respects the account is treated as a regular account as in some cases we overrule the automated ban and allow the customer access again. Once a review is completed and the account suspension is upheld (as it was in your case) any automatic charges which have already been processing are instantly and fully refunded. In the case of credit card charges the refund may take some days to show up in your account. This is normal.
All of this is rather ironic considering the nature of the ban which was that you were abusing our infrastructure for profit, essentially stealing resources for your own gain. That is, if we assume what you are accusing us of here in your tirade is theft. It's a bit unclear but it seems like you are mostly upset about the charge which happened against your credit card.

Awesome ! We come from a lot of famous web hosting companies and we are glad to have found our new favorite one ! Price are really low comparing to the competitors, so you can get (a lot) more performances at Webdock for the same price. Admin panel is quite simple but efficient. Support was helpful and very reactive ! Arni & Philip was kind enough to spend a lot of time to help us with our little issue. Service is incredible, we are delighted !
