Great package and well designed site. My designer was easy to work with and always on hand to make amendments to the site as I needed them.

It was my second time getting a website designed as the first one was a bit of a disaster with another company. Webfactory made it simple from the start. Quick turnaround and love my new site, would recommend.

Disgusting company, do not use these guys!! I have paid over £200 for nothing. Nothing was even made and they are still wanting more money out of me and threatening me court proceedings scam scam scam

Communication was excellent from start to finish. Jamie was our designer who has done an amazing job and made the website exactly what i wanted. The website took about 12 working days which is exceptionally good considering the more than reasonable price. I will definitely be using webfactory for all future website needs.

You don’t get to speak to a designer they keep upselling everything and every step of the way want to charge you more and more. I ended up genuinely having one photo one box of writing and have to pay advanced fees to get a second photo or change the content. Madness. Not worth the money. Regret using them. Overpriced slow unhappy. Can’t solve anything

I am truly grateful and very impressed with Webfactory and all the help they have given me on my website. As a team they are really efficient, great communicators, on the ball and very professional. The website is easy to operate, which is a relief for me as someone not very technical. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to set up a website.

Amazing experience with Webfactory!! I have had difficulty with other web designers before but Webfactory made the process so easy. The turnaround was speedy and I have a website I love! Would recommend them to anyone!

They have helped massively build a website with many part numbers and printer models, was a complex task. They have built a lovely website, it took some time but it's understandable. By giving Webfactory an outline of what we wanted on our website and providing them with some basic text and images, within a few days they were able to create a Launchpad website which we plan to develop further in the months ahead. The team at the Webfactory have been much easier to deal with than we were expecting.

Delighted with our website for the British Chihuahua rescue from Webfactory. Everything about the process, from initial briefing pack through to go-live and even post go-live was professional and very friendly. They are located in Cardiff and understand requests straightaway. You can even phone them, unusual these days. Small additions or changes were accomodated and I always felt we were working together rather than handing it over.
