Webfactory was great at communication. It was very helpful to have someone you could contact when in doubt. The replies were instant in many cases. You don't get that with other online based web design companies.

I am an accountant, and my emails are critical to my work. The recent update severely messed up my inbox and folders, leading to duplicate emails and deleted/rearranged folders. I've had to spend hours, along with my staff, clearing and reorganising everything.

While I understand that issues can happen, all I've received is an "apologies for the inconvenience." This response is far from adequate. I've invested a lot of time maintaining an organised inbox, and this disruption has been incredibly frustrating.

I've reported this to customer service, but who will reimburse me for the time spent resolving these problems? Considering switching to another email service provider.
