Don't waste money is my advise

Don't buy and waste money is my straight advise. I listed a free course but subscribers faced multiple course access issues. They send system emails with direct login link. The problem is their emails are unprofessionaly drafted and very confusing. They did not provide any flexibility to course host to drive subscribers to course page. Its all handled by them internally without any control to host. The result despite a fantastic course that we put up 90% subscribers could not watch it. The main reasons you as a host have no control over the login email sent to subscriber. Mostly they land in junk or spam and you cannot share any login link with your subscsriber. Additionally server error from webinarninja. The support is really bad and they never revert with your queries. They took 5 days to generate some kind of a complaint ticket. They made promises but did not keep.

Horrible customer service

I canceled my subscription due to not using it. It has been 2 weeks, 10 emails, 2 chat sessions and a phone call and I still don’t have my money refunded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Software isn't great and company is shady

Bought a lifetime license that was later canceled. Hard to trust a company that would do that. In any event, when I did have a license, I found the software to be lacking compared to other webinar tools. I would suggest continuing your search and not using Webinar Ninja.

Great Customer Support

Great Customer Support and Fast Technical Resolution

We had a couple of technical issues while setting up our webinar system and integrations, and the support team was very responsive and helpful throughout the process.

Gagan worked with the technical team to implement a backend adjustment so that the phone number field from Facebook leads could properly pass through Zapier into WebinarNinja. After testing with several leads, the integration now works perfectly, and the phone numbers appear correctly in the registrant and attendee reports.

We also received support from Naveen, who quickly addressed an issue with session email notifications being sent to previous registrants when new sessions were added. A filter was implemented to resolve this, and the fix worked as expected.

Overall, the team was professional, responsive, and proactive in resolving our concerns. We appreciate the support and the quick technical solutions.

I found Webinar Ninja through a lucky…

I found Webinar Ninja through a lucky coincidence when chatting with ChatGPT and decided to give it a try. I used three other tools before, but they were either too expensive or buggy or did not meet my needs.

I found some new bugs there and reported it to the team. They were very fast to solve them, and I'm really impressed by the customer support they even call you on the phone with offering help.

I will continue to give the team more ideas and tips for making the software even better!

This company is a real blessing

This company is a real blessing. I was bent out of shape due to a technical issue the host of a webinar (I was watching) was having and contacted WebinarNinja for help. Naveen was very helpful in explaining the details of the issue to me (I'm over 80 and am not really up on tech). I felt well cared for ~ thank you for the help !!

Very dishonest all round. No, I won't be paying any more to use my account. It was a lifetime account, I just don't want to hear excuses from companies like ProProfs anymore. Just for once, be honest and do the decent thing, instead of shafting customers.

I love that I can export the attendee…

I love that I can export the attendee list with one click and dump it straight into my little Mailchimp list. No Zapier nonsense, no CSV cleanup. Just works. Small thing, but saves me 20 minutes every single time.

Ideal Platform for Professional Development and Corporate Training

WebinarNinja is great for professional development and corporate training. It offers the perfect balance of a powerful all-in-one tool for me as a presenter and a seamless experience for my attendees.

On the administrative side, it has streamlined my entire workflow. Instead of juggling separate tools for landing pages, email reminders, and hosting, everything is integrated here perfectly. I particularly love the "Series" feature, which allows me to register participants for a multi-day workshop with a single click.

For my learners, the biggest selling point is that it works right in the browser. They don't need to download any software or create accounts just to join a session, which has virtually eliminated technical hurdles. The audio and video quality are consistently crisp, and replays are available almost instantly. Highly recommended for education and corporate training.

Non-functioning software doesn't work

This software is full of bugs and totally non-functional. There's a reason it's so cheap! All of its automated event notification emails go to spam and it was complicated to change it so that the emails would come from our own domain. The registration page builder was very clunky and the add-to calendar feature didn't work. But the worst part (that caused us to have to migrate to a completely new webinar platform 6 days before our event) was that when we tried to invite co-hosts and run a trial run of the sotware functionality with a test event, we weren't able to. The co-host invite emails sent a link that took the co-host to either a 404 error page or the WebinarNinja pricing page??? And support was useless in helping resolve this (though I think it's more of a tech issue than a support issue). I would NEVER use this software again.

Really Simple Way to Host Webinars

I recently used webinar ninja for a live webinar, and it honestly made the whole thing super simple. Sharing mypowerpoint slides was no trouble at all, and I loved that I could record the session and pop it on my website later. It even helped me get more sign-ups through social media, and the newsletter tips they send are actually useful,not just fluff.

Super easy and everything I need!

I didn’t expect much at first but Webinar Nnja really surprised me. It takes care of payments and auto signs up students which is such a relief. I don’t have to chase anyone. The recordings are clear and stored in the cloud, so I can access them anytime. Students said it’s easy to use which makes my life easier too.

We needed a reliable tool for running marketing webinars, and after trying a few, WebinarNinja proved to be the best fit.
