His answers were direct to the point, and he even shared the code I needed to use. ProProfs Survey is an easy-to-use product, and I hope it will have many more features in the future.

The user interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. Whenever I’ve had a question, the support team has been responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable which is excellent. ProProfs Quiz Maker does everything I need it to do and performs reliably. I’ve seen strong engagement and interaction from my learners, which has been a big plus. My only criticism is that the interface feels a bit old-fashioned at times and can be slightly clunky in certain areas of usability.
