Rod was FANTASTIC and a pleasure to work with! He made things easy and as smooth as possible. This establishment gave me the best quote out of everyone (Carvana, CarMax, original manufacturer, etc.). I’m definitely coming back here the next time I sell a car!

Good job Webuyanycar!
This is the 2nd time that I have used this location. Each time the manager was courteous, respectful and made sure to cover every step in the process. There is no pressure to accept a offer and the manager displayed patience when answering questions. Good Webuyanycar location and will recommend to people looking for options besides trading in their cars.

Hi Russell and thank you for choosing webuyanycar.com to sell your 2003 Toyota Camry. We appreciate your business and are deeply sorry to hear that you did not receive the legendary five-star service which makes webuyanycar.com the number one rated dealer for customer satisfaction in the USA.
There were a lot of problems with the car, as you are aware, but our team is trained to handle every purchase with integrity and respect. You should never feel like your business is unwelcome and we apologize. Our aim is to give the same high standard of service whether you're selling a 2003 Toyota with 200,000+ miles or a 2025 Tesla straight fresh off the dealer's lot.
I have alerted the Area Manager who is responsible for our team in West Norriton and Brent will be taking personal responsibility for addressing your feedback. Brent will be reaching out to you later today or tomorrow.
Thank you for alerting us to your dissatisfaction with our team and for giving us the opportunity to make this right and restore your faith in us.

Excellent service
Excellent service. And a great alternative to dealing with car dealer trade-in hassles.
Very easy to make appointment to receive a firm purchase offer. Rod was very personable and thorough. I appreciated how he explained the whole process. The final paperwork took maybe 30 mins.
I've already recommended to a couple other people.
