Am having to sell my parents home and didn’t know what to do with the stairlift so I contacted we buy any stairlift and they were so helpful and understanding , fast efficient service . Was taken away today as arranged by a lovely young man who was very professional and did a good job.

Great engineer, who turned up on time and removed the stairlift, without any issues, in less than 40 mins. Everywhere left clean and tidy. Then payed by him before leaving.

The service was excellent. Communication was helpful, prompt and responsive. On the day Braden was on time and was efficient, removing the stairlift quickly and tidily.
Overall the service was excellent and deserving of 5 stars.

The service was excellent with the arrangements being straightforward with a booking to suit us both. Engineer was pleasant and on time and kept me informed of his arrival progress through the day. Stairlift removed quickly and efficiently. The only disappointment is the value of the stairlift, but I guess some money is better than no money. Stannah wouldn't give us anything for it as it was over two years even though it hadn't been used.

From start to finish staff always kept in touch through email and txt. Very surprised how quick they arranged to collect and I couldn’t make it so agreed to wait till engineer in area again. Amazingly only waited another week and today Danny came and removed lift. Messaged yesterday to ask if could bring time forward which was great for me. He arrived early and got straight to work removing. Very very pleased with service will definitely recommend to people Thank you all.

Our engineer Danny was fantastic, great communicator, quick worker and really took care with the removal of the stairlift. Cash on removal is great, expectations exceeded all around.

Great service, they kept in touch leading up to the removal, confirming any changes, the engineer messaged to say he was on his way, when he arrived he was polite, professional and very efficient. I would highly recommend these guys.
