Just Average! They try to make more money from you

Zero stars, really! They created a nice looking website, but the SEO gave me calls to install HVAC systems and people looking for Senior care homes! When I said they need to fix it, they updated the one thing I liked (my web site) and now it says that I install great and affordable septic systems! In reality, I offer educational workshops on enhancing relations with other people by expressing empathy. That don't understand or care about what I do! At this point I'm requiring a refund Or I will consult my attorney.

They made a nice website for my small business.

I had Robert Conor create and design my website for me. He did a fantastic job and was very understanding and patient with me when I needed changes and corrections. 10/10 recommended!

My first website to be designed and I must say I extremely impressed, the professionalism, the accuracy, constant feedback, I've been updated every step, Robert and his team are amazing, I told them exactly what I wanted and they nailed it to a "T" , I'll be having Robert and him team design another website in a few months. Webwolfs is my choice and should be yours.

We have been working with Robert Conner and have had a great experience. He has been patient, explained when we didn’t understand, and helped guide us through the process of creating a webpage.
We were caught off guard a bit not realizing all that goes in to a website and the extra expenses that are needed.
He did a great job of explaining these so we knew exactly what we were paying for and what was happening during those building stages.
He has been ready to help and edit the website as we get it to where we want it! It has been wonderful working with him. We explained what we were looking for, were not happy with the first design, he completely scrapped it and started over, and we were really impressed with how well he listened when we explained a little better the second time what we were looking for!

Their designs are nice and very clear website!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. BASED ON PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, THEY ENGAGE IN DECEPTIVE PRACTICES.

Their deceitful tactics include falsifying their location and misrepresenting their staff. Be cautious as they continually demand more money, and when you refuse, they conveniently stop responding to calls and emails. To make matters worse, they outsource your project to unqualified "coders" in Pakistan, resulting in numerous errors.

My ordeal began in August, hoping to launch before Black Friday in November. After enduring three months of frustration, the website was still not ready. I had to inspect the site daily due to their frequent mistakes. I paid $600 for content and copyright services, yet had to write product descriptions myself. They failed to upload T-shirt images correctly, causing significant issues.

Their incompetence reached a peak when a shirt with the customer-requested slogan "Work smart, not hard" arrived with only the phrase "NOT HARD." It would be comical if it weren't jeopardizing my business. After missing Black Friday and Cyber Monday, further mistakes caused more delays until it was too late. That is when they hit me up for an additional $2400 For 6 months of social media marketing. That's the point I decided enough was enough and wanted to switch hosting providers, they immediately and vindictively took down my site, knowing full well that would prevent any relocation of my site.

Despite paying them to build a website, they failed to deliver, and their subsequent malicious actions only worsened the situation. It's baffling why they choose to be mean-spirited and petty, turning what should have been a dream project into a nightmare. Their actions defy comprehension, leaving me without a website, out of money, and out of business

I am left wondering why. What do they gain by totally destroying my dream and my business. What did I ever do to them? Nothing except hire them.

First, Webwolfs is not a scam. You definitely need to hire the web designer that will see your vision. Make sure you have your vision for your website in mind in advance, it will help your web designer so much more. If you're selling videos, create them in advance. My designer was Robert and once I was moved to him everything started working better for me. My previous designer was Stuart, he created the layout and Robert cleaned everything up in no time. All in all, had I had my ideas together it would've been a faster experience. This company has a quick turnaround time if you have your plans together. I do recommend this company.

My gratitude goes to my project manager Robert & Stuart who were very patient with me and effectively made the changes I requested. Robert was able to guide me through the website development as this was new to me and I had no prior knowledge of what goes into putting everything together from choosing content, to designing the logo that I wanted. I am pleased with my website.

My first time doing this, so I have questions and concerns which Robert was just always available when needed. He walked me through all steps. Continue to learn how to work in the website. Thank you.

I regret to say that my experience with Webwolfs has left me quite dissatisfied. One of the major issues I encountered was an unexpected $800 plug-in charge, which, unfortunately, did not result in a lasting improvement in website loading times. This was quite disappointing and left me questioning the value of their services.

Furthermore, the constant calls from the salesman were a source of frustration. While I understand the importance of ongoing improvements, it felt like they were more focused on upselling rather than creating a well-defined game plan that aligned with our business needs.

What compounded my disappointment was the premium pricing for their services, which, in my opinion, did not reflect the quality of the results. I had expected more in terms of service quality and value for the investment.

In summary, I cannot recommend Webwolfs based on my experience. It was a disappointing engagement marked by unexpected charges, persistent upselling, and a lack of tangible results for the premium price paid.

Working with Webwolfs has been an amazing experience and I shall continue working and building my website and business with them. I am

My experience with robert eas executed great and i love my website, and he is always answer my questions

My experience with webwolfs started out a little rocky. But after he (Robert) got the general idea of what we wanted. They did a good job with our website Kenscowboybeefjerky.com. I’m glad I was able to find Mr Robert Carter and the webwolfs him and his team are currently doing a payment integration for my webpage and building me a brand new webpage with a 3 year server all for 1 price and because I didn’t have all the money upfront they have been really nice and patient with me they have allows me to make payments on the fixed price with is great for me cause I’m coming up out a financial hole they have already created it and added all my new products to the webpage asking with other things I asked for this really is a great company to do business with and I’m very thankful I can’t wait to see my website when I’m done paying

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We cannot begin to describe the problems we had developing a website with Webwolfs. There were so many errors and disconnects, trying to upsell every part of the process. Team members within the company playing against each other. Tried to use the money back guarantee, but it was denied. So they took a two week website build and stretched it over four months. It was a simple e-commerce store. They told us it was ready to go live and still had problems six weeks later. Content is not checked by the Project Manager, systems are not tested, grammatical errors, inventory errors, description errors, image errors, various web browser compatibility problems, the list goes on and on. When you discuss the errors with the team, the problems are still not fixed, not even after the 5th time you have emailed, chatted and discussed on the phone. It is left to the client to check everything 10x over. We are still not sure what we paid for and after all of these problems, it is still not a working website and there is no response from Webwolfs. RUN AWAY FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH A MESS TO CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS!!!!

Still No Response Nor Consideration

As a small business owner looking to begin a journey that requires diligence, I came to webwolfs through bark.com and processing reviews to choose a potential partner to get myself going. To no avail, Steven Brown, the ONLY person I dealt with up until my handoff from Jonas Wright back in December 2022. Steven and “Team” were working on my project diligently at the start, however my deadline date of 12.30.2022 was not met although this was the committment set forth. I had a site launched briefly in 2.3.2023 and taken down just as promptly by March 7, 2023, as Steven continuously came up often, with new reasons as to why there we additional charges added upon each move toward some sort of completion. This was brought to Steven’s attention very well in the beginning if interacting with him and I advised, “I am a man that needs to know the bottom line immediately, do not throw new things at me unexpected when this can be prevented.”

To no avail again, this attempt to disregard my boundary was pushed to the point of me moving toward significant frustration as to why what we discussed from the start, is now changed and yhis so called company is requesting more money. To get ot he bottom of this, upon me telling Steven “No” to the milking if funds, this “Team” sent threatening voice messages to me advising the current work performed would be shutdown If I didn’t provide more than the1800.00 already shoveled out. The initial quote was 1200.00 by the way. I never received any formal receipts nor documentation for legal proof of said services. I am now out of almost 2000.00USD with no website or brand work to shoe for it. Protect your energy and your investment in yourself.This Soul sure is exhausted with the lack of consideration, hence the reason I made this my company name.

Below is the requested insight on my findings which was never responded to in writing however, the voice message and site shutdown followed:

Divine Energy Steven. As I have had significant difficulty in effective communication with you and Team WebWolfs from January on out, I have several feedback points to consider:

Feedback point 1: I am requesting a complete refund from webwolfs.com
Feedback point 2: I have found that your team is not US Based and this was an attempt to scam me
Feedback point 3: I was also unable to find your company registered in the US
Feedback point 4: In the event consideration of a refund within 2 days is not addressed, my next course of action will be to post reviews on trust Pilot and Cutch.

Steven during phone interactions, you made several forced pushes to get a review done for you although you never pushed to properly communicate and provide the requested services.

Feedback point 5: I will also begin an investigation with my bank accordingly for the blatant disrespect to request a charge back.
