1st time using the service and getting registered was fairly easy and responded back right away with every concern or question I had... Delivery took a few hours and pricing is decent... I plan on using this service more in the future....

I have recently started using cured resin manufactured by CONCENTRATE SUPPLY CO. - Skywalker cookies. It has a very mellow high and doesn't break the bank! Lol. It has helped tremendously with my insomnia! I'll continue purchasing for sure!!! Very happy with their product.

Pure Lapeer is the best dispensary in Lapeer county.The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the product

Ordered, received confirmation order was received and would be on its way to me shortly. Its been hours and as a guest purchaser I have no way to contact the place I ordered from and weedmaps requires an order number that has NEVER been given on any of my orders. Now I am without medication and the other delivery options are closed...So I am at a loss and will have to endure pain and lack of sleep. Thanks.

I have been going to Emjay since they opened. Recently, about a month ago I went in to make a purchase and realized that I didn't have my id. Since I had been there in the past I figured that they had it on file. NO OTHER dispensary makes you show your ID after you enter and show your ID!!!!

Needless to say, the :budtender: WAS RUDE as hell and I made the "mistake" of saying you don't have to be a "bword" I get it. Now... since that encounter I have been in a few more times, dropping a couple hundo in the process.

Then last week I went to go and make my purchase and some dude came out and said that I had been "BLACKLISTED" .... Blacklisted????!!! Now... I am 51 one years old and I have NEVER in my life been blacklisted on anything and of course NO ONE was there to talk to about it. The dude said it was above him and he really didn't know what had happend.

So.. I sent my kid in to pick up my stuff and the staff members or budtender felt FREE TO explain to my kid that her mom was blacklisted for calling someone a bword which was not true I said " you don't have to act like one' that made it her choice. Now... Is that cool?? you can't tell me the actual customer but can give all the details to my kid???? What happen to some privacy or the Emjay just wants people to have a happy vibe???? I think not. What a shame. It's close to the house and I enjoyed shopping there and referred many.

Now, I'll spend my time warning people about this place, how they have no customer loyalty or customer service. Every time possible.!!!!

The GROVE knows my name, my kids name and what we like EVERYTIME we go there. Now that is customer service and making a connection and loyalty with your clients...

Emjay you might want to start recognizing repeat customers and and provide your "budtenders" some better customer service training ...

There are A LOT of dispensaries in the hood - and it's a choice to visit and give you our money!!

I have used the curbside service at Liv multiple times, and every time has been a pleasant interaction. Every one is so friendly, and the curbside line flows seamlessly. I highly recommend going to Liv!!!

With SO many dispensers how can one wait so long and really what makes for a good pot store? Cloud Cannabis was an amazing experience for a first time dispensary goer. Really I was treated like royalty! My bud tender was so helpful with my disabled wife. Took time to explain benefits of different strands to her. Rec & Med with sativa, hybrid and indica they have it all. The layout was fantastic plenty of social distancing room and everything well labeled for its medical issues. It’s a drive from Kalamazoo but so worth it in the long run. Knowing what you put in is well worth the competitive price that the Cloud offers. I personally recommend this to my close friends.

I went to kolas on Fruitridge for the first time and it was not a good experience.
I found the item I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay and I ordered 3 bottles of CBD/thc 30 capsules for 97.88 plus a bottle of shake value 15$ they said they threw in a pre roll for free for 110$ when I picked up my order curb side I opened a single bottle to realize the capsules were 7 count not 30 count so I returned all 3 packages asking for the 3 bottles of 30 count and the manager said they were out and would not honor the weed maps Price and so I asked for a refund of the 97.88 and the owner hassled me gave me the first bottle refund one 1 receipt and said I had to keep the 2 other bottles but none of 3 bottles were my weed maps order of 30 count so for the other refunds on a seperate receipt which can be confusing
So I finally got my refund of 90 and not the 97.88 as per my weed maps Original order and then said they charged me 10$ for the pre roll that was supposed to be a first time customer gift. My issue with this is
1) weed maps and kolas don’t have up to date inventory status and I tracked 30 miles one way 60 miles
Total to visit store based on weed maps quote that was not acurate of what the inventory had
2) the prices of what I as quoted in weedmaps and in store were different . Weedmaps was 30$ a bottle and in store it was 27.34
3) the store that they advertised has very inconsistent practices that other wise show that the cannabis industry is a safe method of using . One store offered the total the price in the weedmaps price and the next store was charging me an extra 30$ for the same priced item claiming it is taxes. It seems very unreliable and inconsistent with the standards we hold the cannibus industry in.
4) the stores aren’t honoring their policies and gifts for first time customers and sneaking in the cost of that gift and not informing customers and using taxes as a reason to up the cost and then during refund explaining they actually did charge me for the gift
