8 years review and very positive
I own a technology/gaming website with 50.000 registered users and 120.000 monthly unique visitors. I host it in WeHaveServers for 8 years now.
They have Cloud Servers and Dedicated servers.
My site has huge traffic so I use a Dedicated server with the following specs:
Intel Xeon 8 cores/ 16 threads 2.66 GHz+ Processor
32 GB DDR3 ECC Memory
2 x 1 TB SSD Hardware Raid
Bandwidth 1 Gbps Unmetered
Before going to WeHaveServers, I changed 5 hosting companies (like QHoster, Hetzner and various greek ones). I had downtimes with them and slow support.
With WeHaveServers I luckily I don't have such issues. So my experience so far is very positive.
Setup and Performance
WeHaveServers has very quick support. They reply in tickets within 30-40 minutes which is great.
My server is located in Romania, which especially for Europeans it's good. I live in Greece and most of my traffic is from Greeks so the ping is low.
Website has 100% uptime and I never had any issues with downtimes.
Ping to my server gives around 80ms from Greece to Romania and 90ms from Cyprus to Romania.
Support
For those 8 years I had very good support services. Their responses are instant for anything that occured.
They have a semi-managed support, so I have a sysadmin but they spend extra time to help me for server things that my developer would ask.
Over the last year they also upgraded their user interface and ticket system. They stayed in the relaxing blue-while colors they already had in Client area, Services, Billing and Support menu with their submenus. Everything is clear and simple!
Prices
Apart from good support their prices are great. 6 USD/month for Cloud servers (that's the price of a Shared Hosting server) and 69 USD/month for a Dedicated server.
Overall
I started using WeHaveServers almost from their beginning. I made a research and had few recommendations back then. I took the decision to move to them and I think I am lucky on this, especially if I compare the services with the previous companies, in which I had downtimes, Hard drive errors and support which was responding after 12-24 hours. So I recommend WehaveServers whether someone has a small or a big company. They have a good UI in Clients area, good support staff, 100% uptime and good speed.

- They don't have Shared Hosting services but Cloud VPS starts from 6,9 USD/month so the price is very close to the Shared Hosting.
