I am impressed that this company goes into Care Homes to assist residents with continued eyecare. It takes the strain away from their family. The procedures used by the company are first class including keeping the redident's family fully informed. In my personal case it's a great relief to me.

The Connect Eyecare team were outstanding from start to finish. They were patient, kind, and very professional while supporting our residents with their eye care. They took the time to explain everything clearly, treated everyone with respect, and made the whole experience calm and comfortable.
It’s not easy working in a care setting, but they handled every situation with empathy and understanding. The residents felt at ease and well looked after.

Connect Eyecare has had such a significant positive impact on the service provided for our patients. Previously we lacked consistency and the in-home appointments were very basic. Since changing to Connect Eyecare, patients enjoy attending the pop-up high-street experience opticians and chatting to the friendly and professional staff. Patients have expressed how they enjoyed being able to have their eyes tested in the nursing home whilst still receiving a professional service. Appointments are planned and communicated in advance with our nursing team and the telephone customer service staff are always helpful in managing new patients, this has ensured a smooth and relaxing experience overall for our patients.
