Fake company ordered 2 Stanley cups 29th June nothings arrived tracking not updated, no response to email or calls! DO NOT BUY

Ordered or 24th June and still nothing. They refuse to reply to emails and the item is still “being prepared”
I’ll be doing a chargeback after 30 days from my bank. Don’t go near this store, it’s defo a scam

This is a scam site do not purchase from them. Bought a product and it never showed up. The merchant is also based in Dubai and not the same as the online store. Can anyone tell me if they also set up a fraudulent reoccurring payment?

Do not use this absolute shower, TOTAL SCAMMERS who look legit and in the UK but once you contact them regarding your order which of course hasn't arrived they suddenly don't respond to emails or Phone calls. If only there was a less than one star !!

*****Labubu fake**** I ordered Labubu set and they are all fake. They have ensured me it is a legit product before I purchased but it arrived 2 weeks later and they are fake. Do not believe them and don’t buy anything from them. They don’t answer phone calls, emails after you purchase the product and there is no refund scheme. It is impossible to reach them.

Scam company- ordered a Stanley cup over a month ago. Received an email saying there had a been a delay and would arrive within 3 working days it has been another 2 weeks. Company has stopped responding to my emails and since checking trustpilot looks like I have been scammed. Disappointed, avoid company like the plague.

Use Credit Card or PayPal so you're covered. Luckily I got my money back via Paypal.

Debit Card - Alot harder to claim a Charge Back than on Credit Card.

Even after i requested my order to be cancelled which they acknowledged, they sent the parcel out 48 hours after that email, claiming my cancellation request was received after the parcel had already been dispatched.

If i could give less than 1 Star i would.

Fake products. Even after they ensured me it was real prior ro delivery. I requested a refund and they ensured it was real. Guess what it was Fake. Do not trust them save your money.

Bought 2 Labubu’s but haven’t received them and won’t reply to emails definitely wouldn’t recommend. Save your time and money

Spent £30 and waited three weeks for what I thought was a "100% authentic " Labubu (according to the website) but came and was a fake Lafufu!! Also came squashed and disfigured, the QR code on the box wasn't recognised on the popmart website

Absolutely shocking! Basically just stole my money. Reported fraud with the bank. DO NOT Give this business any money. They did reapond on chat initially but just continually lied about when the product would arrive and even went to the extent of getting a Yodel delivery number, Yodel condirmed this was an actual number but they did not have posession of the item as they were waiting from it from the sender. Welford Stores are no longer responging to me, they are complete corrupt. Do not give them your money.!!

Never order from this company or you are definitely losing your money.
Waiting 3 weeks for an express delivery, no communication and no money back.

I ordered a stanley cup for my grandaughter 4 weeks ago. Following emails sent back and forth promising delivery, apologies for delay and offer of a refund i am still waiting for anything to arrive. Do not buy from this company, i forgot to check the reviews before purchasing, do not make the same mistake. If you have access to social media please put out there the concerns reguarding this company. Keep your money in your account because if you buy from Welford stores you may as well just burn it.

Please do not use this website it’s a scam I’ve been waiting two weeks for my delivery i messaged and they said 2-3 days so I waited and then when I messaged them again I had no response

I have made an order, emailed them Tuesday after reading reviews, no update on shipping or anything?

No response from store on where my item is or when it will be shipped. I will be posting the website on my social media and writing to the local press to advise people to avoid this website if I don't receive a response and the item.

I've tried ringing the number on the website which is a random mobile number and it has an error message on no ringing.

I bought 2 Labubus for almost £30 each. It took a long time to arrive, and when it arrived, both boxes were heavily damaged and both Labubus were fake! One of them is so fake that even the pop mart name is written wrong in the package and the lafufu's head looks like a balloon. I believed this was a trustworthy company and I'm so disappointed that I got scammed. I want my money back!

Do not order from this shop. Scam, I never received my order. It m going to contact my bank to investigate this website.
