Poor service- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from this shop. Placed an order on the 25th June and still not got it. You send them an email no reply within 48 hours. You will be lucky if you do get a reply.

Had no reply via the live chat. No reply for
Refund. Seeking help from bank.

Been waiting over 4 weeks bought a 30 pound labubu and not even received it said there was a shipping issue said it be out 2 to 3 days late never turned up this is a scam don’t buy from them having to contact my bank to try get my money back it’s a joke

Update , they are ignoring emails. And still have not refunded the money they stole from me , seems this fake scam account have done this to many people, I have wrote on a Birmingham website about them to warn others of this scam theft company , Do Not Use them Kept my money for over 7 weeks theft

This company is disgusting. I have paid for a Stanley Cup over 4 weeks ago. They keep saying I will receive it within 2 working days that was a week ago. I have now messaged asking where it is and can I just have a refund they are ignoring this email. I WOULD TELL PEOPLE NOT TO ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM. SOMETHING NEEDS DONE ABOUT THEM. KEEP CLEAR CAUSE ALL THEY DO IS STEEL YOUR MONEY.

Avoid this company, purchased 2 Stanley cups, once they eventually arrived one had a defective lid, used the chat option each time they told me to email customer support which I’ve done three times and had nothing back.

Would give zero if I could order never recieved told multiple time on way then that they have resent due to issues and would be here by set day. That didnt happen requested refund told 2 to 3 days and not recieved that and no reply when messaging

It is so hard to return an item and get a refund. I was given the wrong item. I’ve contacted through the chat, call (goes to voicemail) and several emails - I was ignored. Won’t be buying from here ever again and don’t recommend anyone else to either!

I absolutely agree with all the 1 star reviews! I have a feeling the 5 star reviews are from fake pages. Ordered an item on the 10th of June. An order number was generated to Yodel, however when speaking to Yodel they hadn’t even physically received the parcel! I then had the excuse of an issue with the supplier hence why my item didn’t arrive. A new item was then “apparently” shipped with a new order number which once again yodel confirmed no physical item had been received. I have requested a refund which has been met with radio silence. I am now in the process of speaking with the bank.

What a absolute scam they sold me fake labubus paying 130 something pound..for them to come all different all ripped and are terrible copy aswel I hope who ever they are get caught out as soon as possible.. 5 pound a doll less and you charge me that price vile.

Couldn’t give zero stars but stay away from this company!!!! Sent me fake Labubus told me it was their supplier sending fakes out so will source new ones for me. 2 weeks after being told this still haven’t received!! Contacted bank to reclaim money. Honestly don’t even buy anything from them it’s all fake!! Scam website

Total scam been waiting for my order for a month and nothing came they kept delaying it and saying they have issues, but all lies!

Ordered a Labubu £26.66 and this did not arrive. Was told it was on the way so couldn’t give me a refund but would refund 15% as a gesture which never came and neither did the item. Clearly do this to many people and make money of scamming. I will be reporting them.

Absolute SCAM - I ordered a love shack fancy Stanley cup I paid over £40 from them on 28/06 the tracking has not changed since 1/7 and Welford have said order fulfilled and are ignoring my emails and instant chat. Theft I doubt I’ll ever get my product

Scam .waited 2 weeks .Full of bullshit still not here.total scam.

I’m yet another person who has fallen foul of these people. No goods delivered, many empty promises, delaying tactics. Refund agreed only for it not to materialise. I advised them I’d opened a dispute with my bank and as if by magic a partial refund appeared.

My advice - if they mess you about contact your bank.

Do not buy anything from here. They are operating a scam website. I wish I had looked on Trust pilot before I brought anything.
