Don't Honour Account Setup

I recently made a first purchase with this company and when I did took screenshots of the new account details. I am very careful when it comes to ensuring I am NOT spammed. After the order was delivered, the spamming then commenced. First I received a SPAM regarding some sort of Easter deal. The second SPAM related to some 40% deal.

As a result, I emailed this organisation that ignores a person's request and abuses their personal data, and wastes their time to delete the account.

I now have this company flagged as spam in my email tool and I'll never deal with them again.

I would NOT recommend this company, and my advice is to avoid them.

Don't buy here, they scam you with memberships you never signed up for. Hat to cancel a big order just before I read the fine print.

Welleasy continues to provide terrible service

Welleasy continues to provide terrible customer experience. They have a commitment to 'next working day delivery' scrolling across the top of their home page, but experience is of delayed dispatch, including on autoship orders, emails promising dispatch and delivery that don't happen. My usual experience is of delivery taking 4-6 days, and sometimes longer. This is a long term issue at Welleasy, which they don't seem able or motivated to address. Given that customer pay a subscription to shop with the company, meeting basic commitments to the level of service offered should be a priority.

Membership Fee

I placed one order a months later £48 came from my account for a membership fee , I was not aware that I had to pay a fee to place an order, it was not made clear and must have automatically signed me up

my luck that I noticed this scam

I also tried to make a purchase of 70 pounds today 21/02/2026 and I find myself in the basket with a £48/year subscription that I don't want, I immediately canceled everything, my luck that I noticed this scam, this offer is abusive, something like this should not happen, it should be up to the buyer whether they want it or not, this problem should be reported to consumer protection as soon as possible, too bad because they have good products for sale

Amazing savings and customer service was impeccable

I am so happy I found these guys! What an amazing site - I am getting a huge discount and saving so much on my regular items.. It's so expensive to shop organic and healthy these days so I'm really grateful for this site. Also, I had a very minor issue with one product from my recent order and the customer service was incredible. I would highly recommend these guys.. It’s a yes from me!

Well easy? Well impressed! I have now placed three orders with WellEasy and I’ve been delighted with the service, products and prices. I shall certainly continue to shop with them and wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

The only fly in the ointment has been the dreadful performance by the courier, but that’s hardly the fault of WellEasy.

Always happy with products

Always happy with products, extensive range and quality. Packed well every time, and eco friendly. A lot of products sold through them are sadly in 'squeezy' and plastic bottles, but a really great range of products more eco packaged

Absolutely love this company. I have nothing bad to say about them at all and have never had any problems with them either. I have been a loyal and happy customer of theirs for well over a year now I think. They are most definitely not a scam/cowboy company and I am forever grateful that they exist. Scam - membership added without notification

I have not ordered anything yet, but I spent a lot of time shopping and at the checkout, I got suspicious of a ambiguous cancellable membership talk. I did not choose repeat order for any of the items and I have not seen any membership pricing. It is just a regular order and at the checkout, it starts to mention something being cancellable. There is no other option of just buying things and the Terms and Conditions link just shows 404 Error. Then if you continue a 30 day trial of a membership appears on your shopping list with no warning and no way of taking it out. I have just read other people experiencing being charged for membership so I will not continue this purchase but it is really a shame because I spent hours searching prices an qualities of various items. I have screenshots of every stage if they attempt to deny like they did for other comments. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
