I ordered a washing machine online on Saturday with only 20 minutes before closing. The price and guarantee were just as good as all the big name stores.
I received a call at about 5 o’clock the same day to confirm that delivery would be first thing Monday morning and to thank me for my custom.
The delivery guys were bang on time and couldn’t have been more helpful.
Support your local independent shops guys, I can’t recommend Wellingtons enough 👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent service
It was easy to order a new washing machine online & I was able to choose the delivery day & am/pm delivery.
It was competitively priced & for an additional fee (£59) my old machine was disconnected & removed & the new one was installed. All waste packaging was also removed.
Communication from the staff in store (Erith) regarding my order & delivery was friendly & professional.
The guys that delivered & installed my machine were very polite, careful & helpful.
An excellent service all round. Thank you

Recently move house. We have order several appliance all delivered on time. We received a great deal of help in store with choosing a suitable appliance at a good price.
Beyond the call of duty service. From a loaned fridge freezer until our choosen mode arrived to a member of staff delivering a small item in his own time can not fault them.
