Received today 6th Very poor dispatch time and no responses to Two emails I sent. " Tracking" was pathetic and I was not notified that items would be delivered today.Postage time of well over a week possibly due to rubbish Royal Mail. As only just received I cannot give a good review

Easy to use website, easy to order and items arrived quickly. I did have a query with customer services and they replied politely and quickly. Matter was eventually resolved. Highly recommend and would definitely use again

Ordered Maca Root Vitamin Liquid Drops, they arrived well packaged, but both products had leaked all over packaging indicating that there are issues with the seals and therefore not safe for human consumption. Emailed the Wellness Factory at hello at wellness-factory.co.uk straight away, including picture evidence but no response. It took a couple of days, but new bottles sent out, which I’m awaiting to arrive. Will update with outcome

Unfortunately sold a product marketed as Soya Free (search a long time for soya free biotin as I have a severe intolerance to it) - contacted company to check whether was soya free as was experiencing symtoms of soya and no reply - then in bed for 23 hrs on Boxing Day due to severe symptoms- then look even closer to find a disclaimer - made in factory with nuts and soya… disappointed. Be careful if you are the same.

The product I ordered was straightforward online. The order arrived earlier than expected. When the product arrived it was packaged well and securely so it would not get damaged along the way.

High quality products. I am very satisfied with the Liquid Zink and the vitamins from Core Nutrition. Quick delivery. Hope the packaging fillers are bio degradable, otherwise you could think of alternatives.

Customer service is excellent with prompt replies to

Basically ignored my email complaints when they responded it was random. When I requested a full refund they totally ignored my emails. I was forced to get my money back from my bank.

Having had a bit of a bad experience with the Wellness Factory customer services, they sent me a courtesy discount code as way of an apology. So decided to order from them again as the Vitamin D liquid I originally ordered is very good and I was happy with. From ordering to delivery everything was excellent.

I love the Ashwagandha drops, and the Hitamins, wish we could see a promo for Hitamins like 2 for 1...
