I’ve ordered twice from this company. Both times they’ve cancelled the order as the products are out of stock. However, they are still showing as in stock and can be ordereed.

I ordered a macca root and B12 liquid and aftern2 weeks still not have arrived, sent email no answer..

Really didn't want to give a bad review because I was very pleased with my experience thus far. But I recently ordered a product again and it never arrived. I'm still waiting, even after contacting customer service.

I've used this company many times & in the past the service was as it should be. I recently ordered 2 x mullein drops & waited for over 10 days before being told the item wasn't in stock. Had to wait so many days for a refund. A few weeks later I looked on the website & again the mullein was advertised on offer. So again I ordered & paid for it. I've emailed the company a number of times now..as yet received no reply & have tried phoning many times. Never able to get through.
These last few times I've not been happy about the service. Which in the past has been second to none

I have always had good service and even when they couldn't fulfill my order I got full refund.

I ordered a bottle of Mullein Leaf, it arrive but the best before day was only 3 days away on a product that is meant to last you 60 days, I have tried multiple times to contact them with no success

Have never used this company before, but it was easy to order, and came on time it was also the cheapest price for my vitamin d spray. The product was in good condition and larger than I thought which was a bonus. Would recommend this company

Love the manuka honey tried different ones and they are all good
Always packaged well

I purchased mullein drops from wellness factory. Arrived in very good time. However the bottle contained 60ml with 1 ml servings so 60 days supply. The problem was that the bottle had an expiry date in less than 20 days so would be out of date before I would be even half way through it. I emailed the company twice on two different days and had no reply. This was my first experience with the wellness factory and it will be my last. Next step will be contacting my credit card company to charge back the money.

Order received had an expiry date which was two months prior. I emailed to ask for exchange/refund and I am yet to hear back. I will not use this company again.

My confirmed as paid order #5898 with you from Mar 27, 2026 is still unfulfilled.
Why is that so?
I have written an email to Wellness Factory on 06.04.2026 about this matter and still I haven't received an answer.

Everything worked fine, delivery and the product is good.

Very Disappointing Customer Service

I planned to place an order for 80 units of CORE NUTRITION Ionic Zinc Liquid Drops and Biotin spray from SVC Labs Ltd (trading as Wellness Factory). The products showed as available on their website.

I emailed customer service on 13 November to ask about stock levels and expiry dates, as this information is not shown online. After two days with no reply, I sent another message. Still nothing.

I then called customer service and spoke to a sales representative who confirmed she had received my emails and said she would get back to me. Two days later, she told me the products were not available. I showed her that the website still showed them as in stock. She said she would check and update me, but I never received any information.

I called every day after that, and each time she said she was still waiting for a response from the Online Wellness Factory Team. When I asked for their contact details, she said she could not provide them.

It has now been 20 days, and I still haven’t received a simple answer about stock availability or expiry dates.

Very disappointed with the customer service at Wellness Factory.
