I didnt want to do a negative review, because the first time I bought from Wellness they were great. From the date of order to delivery was 3 days!!
But this time I ordered on 31st October, and here we are 14th November, and not only have I not received my order, I have not had a reply to 3 emails about the order! About to put a claim in through PayPal.

Delivery was rapidly carried out.

I ordered a couple of items but haven't received any thing no delivery update, no response from my email queries. Im beginning to think I've been ripped off

Because when I order a item, you repeatedly send it again when I stated its a one time purchase but you send it again anyway

Prompt reliable service from start to delivery

My second order with this company went wrong, but after contacting them told the facts, royal mail put on delivered but had not.
They looked into this, found there had been no delivery i feel, as they resent the order on next day delivery. Brilliant thanks for your support and good service.

This company are a joke i have sent about 40 emails and still no one responds what kind of customer service is this i am so angry as i am still waiting on a refund which i have not received .

It seems there's a pattern here. If you buy something from Wellness Factory and they can just ship it to you and there are no problems, then happy days. But if there's a problem, the customer service is non-existent. That's how it was for me. I ordered a load of clearance items and I had the confirmation email to say that my money had been taken and the goods would be sent. Soon after another email arrived, telling me that the order had been cancelled *at my request*. I dropped them a message to ask what was going on, but of course I've never received a reply and no sign of my items either. I've just received an automated email from Wellness Factory, asking for my feedback on my experience with them. My feedback here is entirely negative, but showing just how much they care about their customers (ie not at all), they won't respond to this review, just as they don't respond to any of them. Needless to say I won't be ordering anything from them ever again.

Ordered product on 22nd march received email 31st march stating that “ Order #xxxxx was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded.” I made no such request. Tried contacting to clarify what was going on. No reply. I’ve attempted to contact via messenger and continue await reply. No refund has been issued at time of review.

So far my first delivery was really good value and delivered reliably and quickly. Hoping for similar on subscription deliveries.

I ordered liquid zinc - it has arrived with an expiry date of 8.5.25 … that’s only 10 weeks from now? Most supplements have at least a year sometimes 2 before they reach expiry. I’ve emailed the company twice but have had no response on either occasion.. Although I like the product, unfortunately I will not purchase again from this company.

Great product, prompt delivery

The last time I tried to order Mullein Leaf it was out of stock so I purchased a similar product from a different supplier,it was cheaper but no where near the quality of Wellness’s product ,so when my new supply of Mullein Leaf arrived I discarded the poorer quality I still had left ,you pay for what you get and Wellness is a superb quality

The products are always first class and great customer service and speedy delivery with each order.
