I started using Wellybox about a year…
I started using Wellybox about a year ago. Their AI tool worked smoothly, and all was going great - I still didn't find myself writing a review... BUT! Last week, there was a bug in their website, and the Wellybox customer support team (more than one helped me) fixed it professionally and, more importantly, quickly.

Thieves
I tried to use their free trial but they charged me over $800 Australian dollars for a years subscription. If this happened to me in Person I'd be calling the cops. They have been ignoring my emails and there is no cancel button. There is no option to chat to someone on their website. You'd think they could afford to hire someone to be helping their customers with prices like that. 0/10 Would not recommend. I honestly don't know how they sleep at night stealing peoples money like this.

The better you understand it, the more you get out of it.
I wasn't clear on exactly how to best use WellyBox and they were quick to follow up and show me how it can work for me. Some of my assumptions were wrong and after understanding the process I now feel this is an incredibly valueable tool. Not just for tax time, but throughout the year just 'keeping an eye' on bills which is something I don't do well.
