I love the concept of the platform
I love the concept of the platform, but its slow performance means I’m spending far more on my bookkeeper to process receipts than necessary—completely undermining the very reason for using it in the first place.

Great idea but trial is no help
Great idea. It is expensive and the free trial is pretty useless as it only goes back a few weeks. In order to see how this could really work in action you would need to be able to get at least a 3 month pull of invoices from your emails for that vat accounting period. Otherwise you would effectively be signing up to something you have not been able to trial so don't know if it works. For this reason we did not sign up to a full subscription.

As a small business owner, managing receipts and expenses has always been a daunting task. Since integrating WellyBox into my workflow, this process has become remarkably streamlined. The platform’s ability to automatically retrieve receipts from my email and its seamless integration with QuickBooks have significantly reduced the time I spend on manual data entry. While there is always room for improvement, WellyBox has undoubtedly enhanced my financial management efficiency.
