I recently purchased a pram from We Love Baby, and I must say, I'm extremely pleased with my experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the various options and features available. The shop had a wide range of prams to choose from, catering to different needs and budgets. Overall, I highly recommend We Love Baby for their top-notch products and exceptional customer service

Purchased a my babiie stroller and collected from store, staff where friendly and helpful and even carried the stroller to my car, very happy overall.

Placed an order with this company it stated on the site before ordering that the pram was on pre order 1-4 weeks waiting time, i waited 9 weeks and still no pram came they kept saying next week everytime i phoned so i couldn't wait no more as my due date is soon so i canceled the order and ask for a refund, i was told 3-5 working days it will be in my account and it's been about 2 weeks now and still no refund of £670.05 so i'm out that money plus i had to go pay for a new pram. It's just not good enough, the stress and worry it's caused me while 9 months pregnant isn't on and i'm worried it looks like i'm not getting my money back too. I have contacted my bank to look into this for me. I really didn't want to write this review as i hate doing this to a business but i don't want anyone else going though this stress while pregnant. I hope this gets resolved and i get my money back!

Cannot fault the company at all , had a issue with my original order , waited a while for it but turned out the paint on the particular item I’d ordered was damaged , as a gesture of goodwill the company ordered a similar cot bed for me and had it delivered quickly as well as covered the cost difference of the one I ordered to the one they sent , Paul was fab keeping me informed throughout the entire shopping experience . Would recommend and would order again. Thank you 🙏

Paul and the other director, apologies I forgot his name. They both came and delivered my baba goods and a wardrobe that they assembled and placed it in the position in the bedroom at no extra cost. These guys are at the forefront of customer service and relations.
I will definitely recommend them to family and friends and will be using them regularly!

For a company that you wouldn't really see advertised everywhere, they work extremely hard on their customer service which definitely pays off.

Fantastic. Can’t rate them highly enough. Charles and Jason are brilliant and are experts in their field. Customer service is brilliant and nothing is too much. They even told us not to buy on the day we came in as they were having an event where we would get some free gifts. To be told that and them saving us money was great. Thank you both.

Absolutely brilliant I paid for next day delivery so u can imagine how upset I was that it never came so I rang them up and he’s was brilliant so polite he rang DPD and it turns out it has been lost at the depo so as he didn’t have the same one he has agreed to send me another one out and also refunded my next day delivery absolute pleasure will definitely order from yourself again

WLB sold an item that was not in stock and send different one without any information (24th Feb). Customer service is polite but unreliable. I had to call numerous times to return unwanted item, organise a pick up, ask for a refund. It took 2 months (20th April) of follow up calls and no refund so far...
I am so disappointed and left with no energy to be angry. Good job...

Recently bought a Tutti Bambini set of drawers from We love Baby. Called them before ordering and kindly told me the stock they had. Bought a flat pack one - unfortunately, a duplicate piece was in the packaging and therefore unable to fully put up the furniture (no fault of their own!!) - Phoned the office, they offered to send the correct piece next day or deliver a fully built one, free of charge only a couple of days later.

Can’t fault their customer service and willingness to help their customers. Would definitely recommend.

I recently purchased an item from the company and at first had difficulty with the delivery. Part of the item arrived and the second part didn’t (due to the delivery company’s error)
I called welovedeals and the phone was answered immediately. Charles dealt with this for me and I can honestly say he was fantastic. He messaged me daily and sometimes more each day until this was resolved. I’ve never left a review for any company before but felt that this customer service was so surprising good, it almost felt unreal. Thank you Charles!! Would definitely buy again from you.
