I have placed and order since the 11th and I havent gotten a feedback or an update on the tracking of my item. Not sure what i'm meant to do after this. I have sent many emails and messages and NO reply from them whatsoever. Quite frustrating.

the website isn’t super fancy but it works fine. i’ve ordered a couple of times, and everything’s been alright — no missing items or delays.

First, it took forever to ship and arrive.

That aside, the instructions do not match the product. For example, it states that you should align the frame on the screen, which should have corner lines to help with alignment. That was not true for me.
This translated into me having to take the screen down, and attempt to realign multiple times as it would translate to warping of the screen around the edges. I am still trying to get it to be properly stretched.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND having a professional who has done this before do, it for you or prepare to spend hours and a lot of energy attempting to get this done. And possibly failing.

The usb trigger does not retract the screen when the projector is powered off. Re-matching the code did not help. No way to get support from Wemax from their website as sending email from the contact us link did not work. No phone number to call either.

The remote for the projector arrived and package well.

The controller works well. The package tracking wasn't great, but overall, I'm satisfied

I received the screen quickly. I haven't been able to put it together yet.

Received a defective unit. Out of the box after plugging in the projector turns on but has no display at all. Contacted customer support and was told to send them a video showing the issue. Unfortunately after I did customer support stated they can't help me until after February 4th as it's Chinese new year holiday

Very late shipping. I still haent received the package.
Website states 1-3 days shipping from USA but doesnt seem to be correct.

Not the best service, they refused to return my product even though I made a return request before shipping.
Besides, the website is misleading and they hide the product details.
