The company exists

The company exists, I have a projector (WEMAX dice) that has turned out to be very good, really good! But I ordered a spare remote control and they told me they didn’t have it in stock and asked if I wanted to cancel it, to which I said cancel the order and I want a refund, but I don’t know why, the next day it turned out that my product had been shipped. This wouldn’t have been a problem, but after being told that it was not in stock and that’s why I canceled the order, I had to order it from another site, so now I have two remote controls.

Very Bad Exchange Experience

I'm still waiting for a change of the Wemax DIce projector. It came with a defect (it didn't project anything). They told me that there was no problem in exchanging it and they gave me an address where I could deliver the project (to Germany, I'm from Spain). After delivery confirmation they tell me that they do not have the product and that the address is incorrect (the same address they gave me through email). Since i bought it have pased more than 2 months. I don't have a projector, i'm 400 euros short and i payed 45 euros for the post mail.

No me llega el pedido.

Llevo un mes esperando a que me llegue mi pedido y no tengo respuestas del soporte ni del chat ni de nada no sé qué ha pasado ni dónde está .
Ya va a pasar el plazo de devolución y aún ni me ha llegado y se supone que tardaban 5 días .

The projector screen doesn’t come up and down . There is some issue with it, I have a feeling that this is not a new screen. I may have got a lemon product or a second hand item

No se ajusta la descripción y no devuelven el dinero

Compre a mediados de noviembre un proyector laser. No se podia conectar al móvil, me dijeron que porque era un samsung (cosa bastante absurda). Solicité la devolución del dinero y se hicieron los remolones, en el sentido de intercambiar mas de quince mails, hasta que tuve que poner una reclamación en Paypal.Aun no me han devuelto el dinero, y la devolución corrió a mi cargo (35 euros más los 475 del producto)

Arrived faster than I thought

Arrived faster than I thought. Was nervous about putting a 120" screen from scratch together but it was way easier than I thought. Video and instructions were just fine. Definitely a big difference with the ALR screen from my regular 110" screen. Picture is great on it.

Customer Service was very helpful when ai realized I purchased the wrong screen they let me return it before it was shipped out so I could purchase the ARL screen. Shipping was very fast as well.

Screen had scratches, not perfect!

Package arrived not too late. It was nie and included everything. I was pretty excited to put this together. The projector screen i received had several scratches in the middle and on the sides. The ALR screen reflection is ok, though I am not satisfied with the value i paid due to the low quality.

This is not your perfect ALR screen

This is not your perfect ALR screen. Could it be perfect ? It could but serious design flaw. There is just one support in the middle which is held by 2 screws above and 2 bottom. This creates an unnecessary tension on middle joint which bends the screen at middle. Screen material is good and precision is good too except at the corner. This should not be costing so much giving the flaws.

Poor communication and lack of customer service

Was expecting product within 3-4 days of order. Received item 4 weeks after order. Phone listed on website is not in service. Customer support takes a day to respond as even though it says they have a branch in the US the headquarters is over seas. Product was to be installed for a customer and we lost revenue do to lack of product and reserved time for install based on original date of delivery. Excuse after excuse for why product was delayed. When finally shipped, date was not accurate. Product arrived outside of window and no one was on site to sign and receive. Poor communication on company's part. Offered 6 months of Netflix and $50 for inconvenience. What a let down.

Update: as of Jan 12, 2024. I have yet to receive any contact from the companies team or compensation for the previous inconvenience.

As far as the product goes it was a easy install. But...

A. It forces you into Google smart hub, no way to bypass and go straight to the input. Customer uses Firestick and DirecTV box and hates not being able to go directly to last input used.

B. I have looked online for a good amount of time. But cannot find the ir codes. Customer has a universal remote that functions all of the system and has to use the wemax remote every time to power on and change inputs. Completely defeated the purpose of a URC if they can't use it for all devices.

C. CEC control. Projector when powered on will trigger the Denon AVR to turn on. But other devices will not trigger the projector to turn on.

this is the worst costumer service i…

this is the worst costumer service i have ever encounter
i have ask several time where is my item with no response i would not buy anything from them including there 4k short throw with i own.
