Quality of the product is incredibly

I have not received all items in my order. I am missing the screen. I have not received a response regarding status of order. I have emailed support several times and it took over a week to get a response. I still do not have all of my items. I would like a real tracking number on my missing items. Could Wemax please provide that?

Product as described

I ordered a wemax dice and a tripod and only recieved half of my order.

The screen and projector we purchased are excellent! Exactly as the description explained. Both items were delivered in perfect condition and on time. The set up was very easy.

I am updating my review at this time do to the fact that customer support has contacted me. The problem with the screen has not been solved so I'm still not 100% satisfied. I sure hope the problem with the screen can be fixed, and at that point I will be very satisfied. until than I am still not happy with the product.

I purchased a 120" Electric Floor Rising Tension ALR Ultra Short Throw Screen w/ Smart Voice Control and I am very dissatisfied with it. This item cost a lot of money and therefor should be of better quality than it is. There are waves or rolls on both the right and left of the screen. There should be more tension on both sides of the screen to prevent this. Also I tried reaching out to your customer support via email an got no response. Very poor customer support.

The quality of the screen is good. The instructions for building the screen and mounting the screen are vague at best and not the most user friendly. It took me 5 hours to build and mount the screen, after having to check and double check and measure and remeasure. Also, the machined parts don't always align as well and you will need to be creative with how you build the screen without ruining it.

Needed to get more remotes due to grand baby being a grand baby. I was pleasantly surprised when i found the Wemax remotes that i needed for a reasonable price and they were promptly shipped to me about a week later.

Auf mein Retourwunsch wurde zuerst mit einem kleinlichen Gutscheinangebot reagiert, welches ich ausgeschlagen habe.
Folgende Antwort von Wemax lasse ich umkommentiert stehen (dies war ebenfalls die letzte Rückmeldung von WEMAX):"[...]We are very sorry that at the moment we are having some problems with our system and we are not able to create return labels.
We're already looking for a tech to take a look at it, not sure when we'll be able to fix the problem.[...]"

I gave you 4 stars because I am happy I didn't make another mistake. The screen quality is very good so the pictures are sharp and that's what matter to me the most. The installation instructions were ok but I am not a handyman so I struggled for a while and I finally I installed the frame on the wall first and then put the screen on. Overall I have been satisfied since I bought it two weeks ago.

After my screen was delivered with a damaged box, I decided to send it back unopened. I'm currently working with them now on that, and they have been very understanding.

Top quality screen at a very affordable price, extremely happy with my purchase, the picture quality is amazing, this screen is worth every penny very well built and easy to assemble.

Very bad customer service and return process is very painful.

Arrived promptly. For assembly, everything that I needed to assemble was provided (minus a drill). This really made it easy to step through and assemble and mount the projection screen. Great job.

Excellent product, excellent quality, it works day or night, the resolution is great, I’m very happy with my purchase

Overall pretty happy. The self rising screen has some slop to it on the bottom edges causing some waving in the picture but it’s not to noticeable.

the customer service was very poor and late in responding and when i try cancelling the order the canceling does not work in the site, all i have to talk to Klarna payment to initiate the cancellation and refund process. but unfortunately the product delievered at home and when i try returning without even bring in home, all i have to pay the Return cost which is not acceptable. i stated the conversation on refund and cancellation before the shippment.

The product is really good, top quality and price was excellent
